Scene 1-Nikolas drops Gina off at Kelly's.

G: Where are you going to go?

N: I'm not sure.

G: I'd say you could stay here, but Ruby probably wouldn't like it.

N: (Smiling.) I can be discreet.

G: Well... Ok.

Scene 2-Sonny, Mac, Felicia, Robin, and Jason are at The Outback.

J: He told me that Sunshine is a subsidiary of Cassadine Industries.

M: Dorman was working for Stefan?

R: Now, when GH closed, Kevin was going through the class action suit,

right?

F: Yes.

R: Alexis was Kevin's lawyer, maybe she had something to do with the

number of malpractice suits.

S: And Stefan set Dorman to bring down Monica to help close GH, and

Dorman and Harry were working the drug ring for him?

J: Possibly.

M: But there's a fourth cog we're missing.

Taggert walks in.

T: Nightly police commissioner-mob meeting?

Scene 3-Bobbie and Tony are at the Brownstone.

B: What can we take with us?

T: The clothes we're wearing and Lucas.

B: What about our friends and family?

T: Frisco said the WSB has been in contact with Luke.

B: He knows?

T: Yes, but no one else can.

B: Are they supposed to think we're dead or something?

T: I'm not sure about the exact plan.

B: What about Caroline?

T: We can't do anything, but hope she gets off for Dorman's murder.

Then, maybe Frisco can help.

Bobbie hugs Tony.

Scene 4-At the Spencer house, Luke and Laura are on the couch.

Luke: I think it'll be safe for Rick and Lesley to get married. In fact,

it would be a good cover. That's probably when Stefan will attack.

Laura: (Looks at her watch.) I wonder where Lucky is?

Luke: Probably still helping Emily with her homework.

Laura: Yes, but he left hours ago.

Luke: I wouldn't worry. Maybe he went to Sly's.

Scene 5-Lois and Brenda go into the Quartermaine living room, Edward and

Lila are sitting.

B: Lila, Edward.

Lila: Hello Brenda, Lois.

Lois: Mr. and Mrs. Q.

Lila: Have either of you seen A.J. or Emily?

B: We saw A.J. in the gym.

Lila: Working out?

Ned comes in.

Lois: Actually, cuddling up to Bobbie's daughter.

N: Great! The jailbirds team up.

Scene 6-Tony's at the Brownstone, he runs into Simone.

T: Hello Simone.

S: Where are you going in such a hurry?

T: To check on a patient at the hospital.

S: That's where I was headed. Would you like a ride there?

T: No, actually, I have to swing by Betty's and pick Lucas up. Bye.

Tony leaves.

S: Strange, I could've sworn I just saw Lucas running around.

Scene 7-At The Outback, Mac pulls Taggert aside.

M: What's your beef with Corinthos?

T: He's a criminal.

M: Maybe, but you don't have a shred of proof. Look, he's trying to help

me find who is dealing drugs. For right now, lay off.

T: I thought we figured it was Dorman.

M: Until the incident with Emily Quartermaine and her friend Matt, we

had, but now there's got to be a third supplier, because Dorman was dead

before any of that happened.

Jason: (Other side of the room.) I hate Taggert.

Sonny: Something fishy about him?

J: Yeah, I've got this gut feeling.

Robin: Where's Brenda?

S: She went to visit Lois. I think they were going to workout or

something. Why?

R: Just wondered.

S: You and Mike.

R: Hey, Mike's not a half bad guy.

S: Yeah, I've come to realize that.

Scene 8-At the Quartermaine mansion, A.J. walks in the living room.

A: Good one Ned. You were looking for me?

N: To make sure you weren't in a car accident or something.

Edward: Ned.

Lois: Brenda, I think we should leave. How'd you like to visit your god

daughter?

B: Sure.

Brenda and Lois leave.

N: Where's the jailbird friend?

A: Upstairs in a guest room.

N: I'll be sure to tell Sally to make sure all of the Quartermaine

heirlooms are there when she's gone.

Ned leaves.

Lila: A.J., have you seen your sister?

A: Not tonight, why?

Lila: I haven't seen her for several hours and she's going back to

school tomorrow.

Scene 9-Lucky and Emily are walking around the lake on the Quartermaine

estate.

E: Lucky, it's getting late.

L: Yeah, we better get you home.

E: What are you going to tell your parents?

L: You think they'll have a problem with the two of us walking around

the lake?

E: No, but they might think something happened as long as you have been

gone.

L: Something did.

They look at each other and kiss, but there's an interruption.

A.J: Emily!

E: A.J.

A: Grandmother was... Did I interrupt something?

Scene 10-Nikolas and Gina are at Gina's room above Kelly's. The song

Scene 1-At Wyndemere, Alexis and Stefan are having breakfast.

S: Where's Nikolas?

A: Mrs. Landsberry said he called and told her that he'd be staying at

the hospital.

S: It's just as well. We will be testing the virus Kevin brought to us.

A: Did he know what it was?

S: No, he knows very little of what his father has been doing for us.

He is in for an enormous surprise.

A: I think Tom Hardy is being snoopy. I was talking to Audrey the other

day and she said he went to another medical convention. I contacted

Greece and a man fitting his description visited our offices there.

S: I wouldn't worry. I'm sure he hasn't found anything out.

Scene 2-Rick has just woken up and he walks out to the kitchen of the

penthouse. Rick kisses Lesley on the cheek.

L: Morning.

Rick sits down. Lesley puts his breakfast in front of him.

R: Looks delicious.

L: I hope so.

He starts to eat.

R: Good, aren't you going to eat?

L: I've already eaten.

R: When'd you get up?

L: A few hours ago.

R: How come?

L: I'm not sure.

R: How are the wedding plans going?

L: Good. Laura and I have almost everything set. You and I just need to

decide on the people.

R: The people?

L: Maid of honor and best man.

Scene 3-Lucy is eating breakfast at Luke's.

Mike: Are things ok?

L: Ok as they can be right now.

Luke comes in.

Luke: Mike, oh Lucy, just the lady I wanted to see. Can I ask you a few

questions about Kevin's little trip to Greece?

L: Sure, but I don't know that I'll be able to answer any of them.

Scene 4-Breakfast at the Quartermaine mansion; Justus, Alan, Monica,

Emily, A.J., Ned, Lois, Edward, Lila, and Brooke in her high chair.

N: AJ, where's your pal?

A.J.: She's still asleep.

J: When you see her, tell her I'm working with Dara Jenson to get her

court date moved up.

Alan: A.J., please explain to me why Carly, Caroline, whatever her name

is didn't stay with Tony and Bobbie.

A.J.: She tried to call them, but there wasn't an answer.

M: That's strange.

Emily: I really have to go.

Emily gets up.

M: Wait sweetheart.

Monica and Alan get up and walk Emily to the hall.

Alan: I hope everything goes alright today.

Emily: Me, too.

M: Sweetheart, we love you.

Monica hugs Emily.

Alan: Do you want us to drive you to school?

Emily: Reginald's supposed to drive me there.

M: Ok.

Emily opens the door and there is Sly and Lucky.

Emily: Sure. Reginald's driving.

Sly: Cool, limo ride.

Emily: No, not exactly, but we will be chauffeured. Bye.

M: Alan, I've made a decision.

A: About what?

Scene 5-Jason, Mac, and Sonny meet at the docks behind a building.

S: Whatta ya got Mac?

M: The drugs that we hauled in from Dorman's are gone.

J: What do you mean?

M: Someone stole the evidence.

S: Inside job?

M: Yeah, I talked to Felicia, and she gave me one major suspect.

S: Somebody who's been hassling me for months?

M: Yep. Taggert. But, we have to find the stuff, so we can prove he is

the other drug smuggler.

S: Ok, so this is going to go down soon?

M: I hope so.

S: Maybe we should get Brenda and Robin out of here. Out of danger's

way.

M: Sonny, can you take care of that?

J: Sure, we can, but this whole thing has to go down fast.

M: Yes.

Scene 6-Tom is at the Spencers' with Luke and Laura. Lu is sitting in

Laura's lap.

Luke: So, what's up doc?

T: I didn't find out much.

Luke: Hopefully, you can give me more than Lucy did.

T: I can tell you that whatever Kevin picked up had to do with

computers.

Laura: How do you know that?

T: Because, the office was the Cassadine Industries computer

headquarters.

Luke: Interesting.

Scene 7-Rick and Monica run into each other at GH in the hall.

R: Hi.

M: Oh Rick, just the man I wanted to see.

R: What is it?

M: Come to my office and I'll tell you.

Scene 8-Mac, Sonny, Jason, Robin, and Brenda are at The Outback.

B: What's this about?

M: Getting the two of you out of town.

R: Why?

J: A major drug bust is going down.

S: And we want you away from the fall out.

Scene 9-Lucy stops by Jax's.

L: Hello Jax, how would you like to appear in an act at the nurses ball?

Scene 10-Rick and Monica are in Monica's office.

R: You're resigning as chief of staff for Emily?

M: Yes, look Rick, she needs me now more than ever. (The phone rings.

Picks it up.) Dr. Monica Quartermaine.

Emily: (Crying.) Monica, please come pick me up.

M: What's wrong sweetie?

E: Just please come get me.

M: I'll be right there.

Monica hangs up.

R: Emily?

Scene 1-Lucy and Jax are at Jax's.

J: What kind of act were you thinking of?

L: A musical number.

J: Me, sing? I'd be happy to donate money.

L: I think it would be great if you participated.

Scene 2-Ned and Angela are at the Port Charles Grill.

A: We're going to have to stop doing this. Your wife might wonder.

N: With the exception of grandfather, none of the family knows what

happened thirteen years ago. She must be, what in the eighth grade?

A: Actually, she's turning fourteen in July. She'll be a freshman in

high school.

Scene 3-Monica pulls up to Port Charles High and Emily gets up and runs

to the car.

M: Sweetheart, what's wrong?

E: (Crying.) I can't do it. Someone made this crack about Matt and I...

Mom, I can't do it. Lucky and Sly were great, but the others.

M: (Hugs her.) Sweetie, I'm sorry.

E: There's only a few days left, what do you think about me skipping the

rest of the year and getting a tutor over the summer.

M: Sweetie, why don't we talk about this when we get home. In fact,

we'll talk about what happened today, too.

Scene 4-Sonny, Jason, Mac, and Felicia are at The Outback in Mac's

office.

S: How're we going to set this up?

F: Get a teenager and send him out looking for drugs.

J: Who?

M: Do you think Luke would let Lucky?

S: Maybe, I'll talk to him.

Scene 5-Tom runs into Alexis at GH.

T: Hello Ms. Davis.

A: Please, Alexis.

T: Alexis. Um, have you seen Kevin Collins, I'm trying to contact him

about a former patient of his.

A: I believe he's just returned from Greece, but you would know that.

Alexis walks off and Tom stares at her as she walks away.

Scene 6-Stefan is on the phone in his office at GH.

S: You've taken care of everything?... Good.

Scene 7- Sonny, Jason, Luke, Laura, Lucky, and Lesley are at the Spencer

house.

Luke: I don't have a problem, as long as I can be there.

Laura: I'm not sure.

Lesley: Laura, I think with Sonny, and this young man (Points at Jason.)

things will be ok.

J: Jason Morgan.

Lucky: Mom, I think this would be a great thing. I think it'd help a

lot.

Luke: Babe?

Laura: Ok.

Scene 8-Alan and Rick run into each other at the nurses station.

R: Hi Alan, how are you?

A: A little angry with Monica.

R: About her resignation as chief of staff?

A: She told you?

R: Yes, she thought I should know there'd be a job opening.

Scene 9-Carly, A.J., and Justus are at the Quartermaine mansion

discussing Carly's case.

J: So, Dara said the most she'll push for is two years, if you plead

guilty in self defense. I can probably got you six months probation.

C: And that would involve?

J: Finding a job and a residence.

A: You could stay here as long as you need and I'm sure you could get a

PT job at GH.

Scene 10-At the Quartermaine mansion, Emily and Monica come in the front

door. Reginald's there.

M: Reginald, can you have Cook fix a couple of trays with some fruit and

things?

R: Yes, Dr. Quartermaine.

Monica and Emily go to the living room where Justus, A.J., and Carly

are.

M: Excuse us. We'll go to another room.

A: No, mom, stay.

Part 70

Scene 1-Justus, Monica, A.J., Emily, and Carly are in the living room.

E: Hi Carly.

C: Emily.

A: Mom, do you think Carly could get back her PT position at GH?

M: Sure, she probably could, but I can't hire her.

A: Why? You're chief of staff.

Scene 2-Felicia, Mac, Luke, Lucky, Sonny, and Jason are at The Outback

in Mac's office.

Lucky: They told me to meet him tonight in the park.

M: Ok, we'll be ready.

Scene 3-Jax and Lucy are at Jax's.

L: Thanks, thank you so much. I'll drop off your costume later.

Lucy runs off.

J: Costume?

Scene 4-Alan is at the nurses station, when Amy comes up to him.

Amy: Alan, they're bringing in victims of a plane crash, there are

twenty-seven.

Alan: No sign of Tony and Bobbie?

Amy: No, and add Simone to the number of missing.

Alan: I'll call Monica. Get a hold of Rick and any other surgeons you

can get a hold of. Nurses, nursing students, volunteers, anybody.

Meanwhile, at the Quartermaine mansion.

A.J.: You resigned as chief of staff?

M: Yes.

E: Why?

The telephone rings.

M: Hello Quartermaines'.

Alan: Monica, you need to get to the hospital quick.

M: What is it?

Alan: There's been a plane crash and they're bringing several of the

victims here.

M: I'll be right there.

Monica hangs up.

E: What is it?

M: There's been a plane crash and they're bringing the victims to GH, I

have to go.

A.J.: We'll discuss this later.

M: Yes. (Walks to Emily and kisses her on the cheek.) I'll try to get

back as soon as I can.

Scene 5-Alexis, Stefan, and Katherine are at Wyndemere.

A: Stefan, I just got a call about a plane crash. They're sending the

victims to GH.

S: Perfect, this is our opportunity to move.

K: I'm ready to go there.

Scene 6-Emily and A.J. are in the living room.

A.J.: Why don't you tell me what happened today.

E: Actually, I think I'm going to go to the hospital and talk to Gail

about it.

A.J.: Ok, want me to drive you?

E: No, I'll have Reginald take me.

A.J.: Ok. (Starts to leave.) Hey Em, you're doing great.

Part 71

Scene 1-Emily sits in the park thinking about Matt.

>The first time they met, at the docks, when he offered her pot, Sitting

bench she is sitting on, At the docks, when he told Dorman to leave her

alone, At his brother's apartment, when she woke up and he came out of

the bathroom, The night on the GH roof, when he fell to his death.<

Then, Emily sees Lucky standing in the dark under a tree. Taggert comes

up to him, pulls out a bag of heroin and Lucky gives him some money.

E: Lucky's buying drugs?

Emily runs off. Mac comes out to arrest Taggert. He pulls a gun and has

Mac and Lucky trapped. Jason pulls out his gun, Sonny and Luke stop him

from shooting. Then, a shot's fired. Taggert falls and clutches his

bleeding leg. Everyone turns to find Felicia with a gun in her hand.

Scene 2-Felicia, Sonny, Jason, Luke, Lucky, Mac, and Taggert (Who's

lying on the ground.) are all in the park.

S: Felicia!

Luke: Nice shot.

F: Well, I was the wife of a cop at one time.

Lucky: Thanks. (Runs to his dad and hugs him.) I was scared.

M: You did a good job.

J: I'm just glad Emily got out of the park before all of that went down.

Lucky: She was here?

J: Yeah, right before you made the trade.

Lucky runs off.

Luke: I guess we should call an ambulance.

T: (Crying out in pain.) Yeah.

Scene 3-Ned's playing with Brooke, while Lois picks up the dinner

dishes. Edward barges in.

N: Grandfather!

L: Mr. Q!

E: Ned, do you realize you missed a very important meeting?

N: Oh no, the Epco meeting?

E: Yes, do you realize that you have jeopardized ELQ. At this moment, I

can't wait until A.J. comes back as CEO.

N: Please, grandfather!

E: Where were you?

N: Taking care of something.

E: Not business.

N: Actually, grandfather, I'd like to discuss this with you tomorrow

morning.

E: What about now?

L: Look, I'm going to take Brooke upstairs, so feel free to talk.

They go upstairs.

E: What's your excuse this time?

N: Angela's in town.

E: She wants money?

N: No, in fact, she's fine with our arrangement. But, she's moving back

and Nicole will be joining her soon.

Scene 4-Alan goes out to an ambulance and brings in a female patient

with internal bleeding and other injuries. Alan looks carefully.

A: Julia Barrett? Gina!

G: Yes, Dr. Quartermaine?

A: Call Sonny's and tell Brenda her sister is here, she was just brought

in.

Gina leaves. Angela walks in.

Angela: Dr. Quartermaine, I'm here to help.

Scene 5-Gina calls Sonny's and Mike answers.

G: Mike, as soon as Brenda comes back or you hear from her or Sonny tell

her that her sister's at GH.

M: What happened?

G: Plane crash. Will you give her the message?

M: Sure.

Mike and Gina hang up. Mike paces around. Sonny, Brenda, Jason, and

Robin come in.

M: Um, Brenda, the hospital just called. Your sister was in a plane

crash. She's at GH.

B: I've got to get there.

Scene 6-Emily's at the waterfront, holding a bottle of Alan's pain

pills. The song "Freshman" by Verve Pipe plays.

Scene 7-Lucky watches Emily at the docks with the pills, as she is

about to down them. Nikolas and Gina are walking along the waterfront

area.

N: What a night!

G: Yes, Alan and Monica are incredible doctors, it must have hurt them

terribly when Jason had his accident.

N: Yeah, but maybe things will turn out alright. Look at my grandmother,

after all the drugs that my uncle had her on she seemed pretty much with

it.

G: Yeah, she did. I was very surprised, maybe she can go back to being a

doctor.

N: Maybe.

Nikolas and Gina round the corner and see Emily. Lucky comes up behind

and bear hugs Emily, then he turns her around. Emily tries to shake him

off, but he is too strong.

E: Lucky, leave me alone!

L: No, you can't do this. You've come too far.

E: I thought so, until I saw you... I saw you in the park buying

drugs... Lucky, I'm beginning to think there's no point.

L: Emily, oh, Emily.

Gina and Nikolas come up behind Emily and Lucky.

N: You bought drugs?

Scene 8-Carly's sitting in a bedroom at the Quartermaines mansion.

C: This is perfect. I think Justus can get me off on this murder charge.

And then, I can begin working my way into A.J.'s heart. Then, I can get

into the Quartermaine riches. Oh, I can't wait to get my hands on that

money.

Scene 9-Kevin and Lucy are in bed.

L: So far, I've got one person ready to do the big act for the nurses

ball.

K: Who?

L: Jax. And you know, while I was over there I met this beautiful women,

she's a doctor.

K: What was her name?

L: Dr. Angela Winters.

K: Wow! She's a world renowned neurosurgeon.

L: Hmmm... Wonder if she'd like to do a number for the nurses ball.

K: Lucy, what makes you think Dr. Winters will stick around Port

Charles?

L: She said so.

Scene 10-Alan, Monica, Rick, Lesley, and Angela walk into the

Quartermaine mansion. A.J. hears them and goes to see what's going on.

Alan: A.J.

M: Well, hello A.J. You know Rick and Lesley. This is Dr. Angela

Winters. She used to live in Port Charles.

Angela: Long ago.

M: Anyways, tonight she performed a miracle.

Angela: Actually, I wouldn't call it a miracle.

R: You saved Ms. Barrett.

A.J.: Brenda?

Alan: No, Julia.

A.J.: Oh, what's she doing back... You know what, I think I'll go see

her. Um, it was nice to meet you Angela.

Angela: You, too.

A.J. leaves. They all go in the living room.

M: Hmmm... I wonder where Emily is?

Alan: She's probably upstairs asleep, where she should be.

M: Yeah. So, Angela, have you seen Ned?

Scene 1-Luke walks into the Spencer house.

Laura: How'd it go?

Luke: Terrific, everything's great. Mac got him. Well, actually, Felicia

did.

Laura: What do you mean?

Luke: She shot him.

Laura: What happened?

Luke: He pulled a gun on Mac.

Laura: (Grabs Lu.) What about Lucky?

Luke: He's fine. Something about Emily. He ran after her.

Scene 2-Stefan, Alexis, and Katherine are at Wyndemere.

S: How did it go?

K: Great. I installed the virus at the hospital and at the police

station while the whole drug bust was going on. In twenty-four hours, we

can take total control of both of their computer systems.

Scene 3-Lucky, Nikolas, Emily, and Gina are at the docks.

L: Let me explain.

N: How?

G: I can't believe you bought drugs.

E: Let me see, did it have something to do with the big, bad Cassadines.

L: No! This had to do with you.

E: How? Did you think since your girlfriend was a drug addict, maybe you

should take it up, because Lucky, don't bother, it's not all fun and

games.

L: No, that's not it. (Takes the pill bottle and dumps it in the

harbor.) I was helping the police bust Taggert. And, if you don't

believe me, there's a whole bunch of people you can ask, you can ask

Mac, Felicia, Sonny, Jason, my mom, and dad. Em, you've got to believe

me.

Scene 4-Alan, Monica, Rick, Lesley, and Angela are in the Quartermaine

living room.

Angela: Yeah, I saw him. I met his wife, Lois. He hasn't changed too

much.

R: I still can't believe it! Little Angela Winters, a neurosurgeon.

Angela: Dr. Webber, I'm not exactly that same little girl. Things have

changed, since the last time I was in Port Charles.

Alan: And what is that?

Angela: I have a daughter.

L: You're Joel Winters daughter?

Angela: Yes. I'm sorry to say he passed away a few years ago. It's

simply amazing that you're alive, my father probably wouldn't be able to

believe it, especially since he made the mistake of believing you were

dead.

L: What?

Angela: He signed off on your death certificate.

Alan: Yes, (Trying to change the subject.) now, Angela, what's your

daughter's name?

Angela: Nicole Ashley Winters.

Alan: So, you had this child on your own?

Scene 5-Stefan, Katherine, and Alexis are at Wyndemere.

S: We are going to hold off on that, I received a call from Dr. Monica

Quartermaine, she's stepping down as chief of staff.

A: So, how long are we going to wait?

S: Until everything settles and then we're going to bombard every

computer system with the virus, and then we will take control.

Scene 6-Ned, Lois, Brenda, and Sonny are at Julia's bedside. A.J. comes

in.

A: How is she?

B: A.J.!

N: Junior. How'd you find out?

A: I met the doctor, Dr. Winters.

L: She saved Julia's life.

A: Is she still unconscious?

S: Yeah. Look, Bren, I've got some business to take care of. You'll be

alright?

B: Yeah. (Stares at Julia, Sonny leaves.)

A: How'd this happen?

L: She was in a plane crash.

B: They think there were some mechanical problems.

Scene 7-The next morning, Mac and Felicia are at the police station in

Mac's office.

F: Lucky Spencer was incredible. I wasn't sure that was going to work.

Maybe you should get Jason and Sonny on the force (Laughs.), they did

terrific work.

M: Funny. They just wanted to get those drugs off the streets, they'll

never go back to being law abiding citizens.

F: I know.

M: Hey, your shot was incredible.

F: Yeah, I know. How about going out for that dinner we missed that

night, which seems so many moons ago?

M: (Smiling.) You're on.

Scene 8-Monica, Alan, A.J., Ned, Lois, Carly, Justus, Edward, and Lila

are at breakfast at the Quartermaine mansion. Brooke's in her high

chair.

A.J.: Where's Emily?

Alan: I just sent Reginald upstairs to check on her.

A.J.: I wonder how her session with Gail went.

M: When was that?

A.J.: Last night.

M: Gail wasn't at the hospital last night.

C: Monica, I'm sure she just went down to the lake or something.

Lila: (Reading the paper.) Oh my.

E: What my dear?

Lila: Lucky Spencer helped the Port Charles police apprehend a drug

dealer.

Reginald comes in.

R: Miss Emily wasn't in her room.

N: What?

Alan: Maybe she decided to go to school after all.

Lois: This early?

Scene 9-Lucky and Emily are asleep on the porch bench at the Spencers.

Rick and Lesley walk up to the porch.

Lesley: Aren't they cute?

Rick and Lesley walk on in.

Luke: Well, hello. Have either of you seen Lucky?

Lesley: Yeah, he's asleep on the bench on the porch.

R: He's not alone.

Luke: Is Foster out there?

Lesley: No, it's not a dog. Emily's out there.

Laura: I better call Alan and Monica they're probably wondering where

Emily is at.
