Part 101

Scene 1-Emily is brought to ER at General Hospital. Lucky, Jason, and

Robin come rushing in behind. Joe and Karen are on duty.

Joe: Ok, let's get her into a cubicle.

Joe and the paramedics take her in.

K: Jason, Robin, what are you doing here?

Jason: That's my sister.

K: Emily? Do you know where Alan and Monica are?

L: Um, they went to a birthday party at the Outback.

K: Ok, I'll have Grace call. Then, I'll go in there with her.

Jason: Thanks.

K: Joe and I'll do everything we can for her.

Scene 2-Jax and Julia are at The Outback.

Jax: Quite a show we were treated to.

Julia: A Tracy Quartermaine original.

Jax: Hey, did you tell Brenda you were getting out of the hospital?

Julia: Actually, I hadn't. You know what, I don't even have a place to

stay.

Jax: Don't worry. I have room reserved for you at the Port Charles

Hotel.

Ned is at one end of the table, with his head in his hands. Angela walks

to him.

A: I've got to go look for Nicole.

N: I'll go with you.

Alan and Monica are sitting at another table, both drinking.

Alan: Tracy can sure crash a party.

Monica: I feel sorry for all of them. That was definitely not the right

way for something like that come out.

Alan: Well, you just have to roll with the punches.

Felicia walks over to Alan and Monica's table.

F: Alan, there's a call for you.

Alan: Thank you. (Walks to the phone and picks it up.) Hello... Grace...

She has been?... Ok, we'll be right there. (Alan goes back to the

table.) Emily's at GH. She's been hit by a car.

Scene 3-Nikolas, Luke, and Laura are at the Spencers.

Luke: You know?

N: Yes.

Luke: Who else knows?

N: Katherine, she told me and Gina.

Laura: Where is she?

N: I don't know.

The telephone rings.

Luke: Hello...woh, slow down...Ok, we'll be right there. (Hangs up.)

Emily was hit by a car. Lucky thinks it was intentional.

Scene 4-Tom, Alexis, and Jeff are at Kelly's.

J: Yes, hi, I'm Jeff Webber.

T: Tom Hardy.

J: Oh, well, hello. I guess we're kind of like brothers.

A: What?

T: It's a long story.

J: Extremely long. So, Alexis, how is Jordan?

T: Jordan?

Scene 5-On the hill where Paul ran into Amy's car, he gets her door

open. The ambulance comes, Frank hops out with his partner.

F: Ok, let's get her on the stretcher.

P: Take her to General Hospital.

F: That was the plan, sir.

P: Ok, can I ride with you guys?

F: Family, friend?

P: No, actually neither. I'm the one that hit her. I'm feeling really

guilty.

Scene 6-Carly and A.J. walk into the Quartermaine mansion.

A: Some party, huh?

C: Your family can sure leave their mark. By the way, where was your

sister?

A: Probably with Lucky. They're together twenty-four; seven. How're you

doing?

C: I'm ok.

A: I'm glad.

A.J. hugs Carly. Reginald comes out.

R: A.J., your parents just called. Emily's been taken to the hospital.

She was hit by a car.

Scene 7-Alan and Monica rush into ER area where they find Jason, Robin,

and Lucky.

M: Where do they have her?

J: She's in there. (Points.) Uh, Karen said, Dr. Butler would be coming

down to check on her.

A: Did Karen give any prognosis?

R: No.

M: What exactly happened?

L: We were taking a walk around where The Outback is, we saw this stray

dog that was hurt. I went across the street to check it out. Emily

stayed. And, the next thing I know, she's pushing me out of the way. The

car took off, didn't even look back. I'm sorry.

A: All we can do is hope everything is going to be alright.

Then, the EMTs bring in Amy, Paul is behind. Ellen goes up to Frank.

E: What do we have?

F: Car accident. Possible head and neck injuries.

Alan looks and sees Amy.

A: What happened?

P: A car accident... I hit her.

L: Aunt Amy, is she going to be ok?

Luke, Laura, and Nikolas run in.

Luke: What's going on?

Laura: (Sees Amy.) Oh god.

Scene 8-Alexis, Jeff, and Tom are at Kelly's.

J: Jordan, that's Alexis' little girl.

T: You didn't tell me you had a daughter.

J: Yeah, she's in boarding school. She's ten-years-old. Pretty girl,

too.

T: So, how do you know each other?

J: Oh. I guess I forgot to mention, I'm Jordan's father.

Scene 9-Jax and Julia are at The Outback.

Julia: So, are you prepared for the merger proceedings?

Jax: Actually, they're all done.

Julia: I guess I'll be heading back to headquarters, after I visit with

Brenda.

Jax: Actually, I was going to ask you to stay on.

Scene 10-Ned and Angela are out looking for Nicole.

A: She couldn't have gone too far. She doesn't know the town that well.

N: Hopefully we'll find her.

A: What about Lois?

N: She can take care of herself, I'm not sure about Nicole.

A: No, I meant why didn't you go after her.

N: Because of my daughter.

A: But you have two daughters.

Part 102

Scene 1-Scott is at Dominique's grave.

S: Oh, Dominique. I want you to know we have a special little girl,

special. I came back. I thought it'd be difficult, because of all of the

memories and it is kinda. But, this is where Serena and I belong.

Hopefully, we can both move on here. (Cries.) I loved you and I'll

always love you, but it's time to move on.

Scene 2-Lucy and Kevin are at the lighthouse.

K: You really forgive me?

L: Yes, I understand completely, too.

K: You know what?

L: What?

K: (Looks deep in her eyes.) You're amazing.

Lucy moves towards Kevin.

L: (Seductively.) I know.

Kevin pulls Lucy close and holds her, kissing her.

Scene 3-Sonny and Brenda are at Luke's in the office.

B: We're going to stay here?

S: Until I can get hold of somebody.

B: Isn't there somewhere else? I'm tired, I need a bed!

S: Unless you want to sleep upstairs with Mike, no.

Scene 4-Alan, Monica, A.J., Carly, Lucky, Luke, Laura, Nikolas, Paul,

Jason, and Robin are at GH waiting to see how Emily and Amy are doing.

The Quartermaines, Carly, Jason and Robin are on one side. The Spencers

and Paul are on the other.

Alan: I hate this waiting.

M: It's agony.

C: AJ, are you ok?

A.J.: Yeah, you?

C: I'm fine. Is there anyone else we should call?

A.J.: No, I don't think so.

Luke: You caused the accident?

P: Yeah, but it was purely an accident.

Laura: She's my sister.

P: Look, I'm really sorry. I hope she comes out ok.

Jason: Robin, I have to get to the phone and check in with Sonny.

Alan: (Whispers to Monica.) Sonny's become his world. Not even his own

sister takes priority.

M: Alan, I don't need this right now.

Scene 5-Alexis, Tom, and Jeff are at Kelly's.

T: You have a child together?

A: (Looks down.) Yes.

J: Not only do we have a child, we had a marriage, and still do.

A: (Defensive.) Not true! When you found out I was a Cassadine, you

left!

J: But we're still married.

Tom looks at Alexis wearily, he gets up slowly and walks out. Jeff and

Alexis share a cold stare at each other.

Scene 6-Stefan is at his GH office, on the telephone.

S: You weren't supposed to try to kill them. You were supposed to kidnap

them. It was never my intention to harm children. Understood?

Stefan hangs up and heads out of the room. Meanwhile, Nikolas is at the

nurses station.

N: Mrs. Hardy, have you seen Gina tonight?

Audrey: No, I can't say I have.

Nikolas walks off and runs into Stefan.

S: Nikolas.

N: And what should I call you?

Scene 7-Kevin and Lucy are in bed, asleep. Lucy's dreaming about when

she gave birth to Serena. Lucy wakes up suddenly, waking Kevin.

K: Lucy, what is it?

L: I had a dream about when I gave birth to Serena. I feel sorry for

Scott, he has to raise a child all by himself.

K: Lucy, he seems to be a very capable man.

L: Yeah, um, you're right.

K: Why don't we both get some more sleep?

L: Ok, doc, after tonight, I need it.

Scene 8-Alexis and Jeff are at Kelly's.

A: Jeff, right now, I'm in no mood to discuss our marital status. I'm

going to my hotel room.

J: Oh, where are you staying?

A: If you must know, the Port Charles Hotel.

J: What a coinky dink.

Scene 9-Angela and Ned are driving around looking for Nicole. They have

the radio on. They hear Emily is in the hospital. Ned looks at Angela.

A: Ned, go to GH.

N: What about Nicole?

A: Nicole wasn't just hit by a car. If she's smart she'll go back to the

hotel.

Ned speeds off to the hospital.

Scene 10-Nicole is sitting at the docks, singing to herself.

N: Sitting at the dock of the bay, watching the tide roll away. Sitting

at the dock of the bay wasting time...

Steve walks up.

S: Otis Redding.

N: (Startled.) Oh hi. Yeah, it's one of my favorite songs.

S: Mine, too. What are you doing here by yourself?

N: A family blow up.

S: Need somewhere to stay?

N: Yeah.

S: You can stay with me right now.

N: Ok.

S: I bet you wish you ran into someone else down here.

N: What do you mean?

S: I have a feel for these things. I bet you wish you'd run into Lucky,

rather than me.

Part 103

Scene 1-Stefan and Nikolas are near the nurses station.

N: Yes, that's right, I know the truth.

S: Did Spencer tell you?

N: Does it matter? My whole life has been a lie perpetrated by a man who

claimed to love me at one time.

S: I did. Everything I was working on was for you. I was building an

empire for you. I treated you as one of my own.

N: But I'm a Spencer. All you did was isolate me from my family. And

abused my family. You're the reason my true grandmother was locked up

and drugged. Now that Rick and Lesley, my grandparents, are together,

I'll do everything in my power to see you never harm my family, again.

Scene 2-Sonny and Brenda are at Luke's in the office.

B: Who was that on the phone?

S: Jason. He just told me his sister, Emily, was hit by a car.

B: Oh my god. Sonny, you know the Quartermaines are like family. I want

to go to the hospital.

S: Ok, um, let me think...

B: I could call Julia, she's staying at the Port Charles Hotel. She can

take me.

S: No, I'll get a hold of Jason and tell him to take you. You'll be ok.

Whoever this is has a beef with me and the organization, not you, but we

have to be careful.

Scene 3-Felicia and Mac are at The Outback cleaning up.

M: Some party.

F: Yeah, very entertaining.

M: So, when are the girls coming back?

F: Not until school starts, maybe not even then. Frisco sent a message.

Stefan still has something else going on.

M: Really?

F: Yeah.

Scene 4-Rick and Lesley are at the airport, having just returned.

L: Aw, it's great to be back.

R: Yeah, but I loved Hawaii.

L: So did I.

R: I wonder what's happened since we've been gone.

Scene 5-Edward and Lila are in the Quartermaine living room.

E: My dear, don't you want to get some sleep?

L: In a little while, Edward. At this moment, I would like you to

explain to me why you never told me about Nicole.

E: Lila, I don't think this is the appropriate time.

L: I believe it is. I will not be able to sleep anyhow.

Lois comes in, holding Brooke.

E: Lois! What are you doing here?

Lois: I was at the gatehouse packing, and saw the lights up here. I knew

Ned's car wasn't here, so I thought I'd come and see what's going on

this late at night.

Edward: Lois, Emily was in an accident, she was hit by a car. They took

her to GH.

Lois darts out.

Scene 6-At GH, Ned and Angela arrive. Monica, Alan, Jason, Robin, Carly,

A.J., Luke, Laura, Lucky, Nikolas, and Paul are there.

Ned: How is she?

M: We don't know yet.

Angela: Monica, Alan; if you dot mind, I'll check it out.

Alan: That'd be great. Um, Dr. Butler is in there right now.

P: And after you do that, you can check on Amy.

Angela: Paul...

P: Check on her!

Angela leaves. Paul walks away.

Laura: (To Nikolas.) Did you find Gina?

Nikolas: No, but I ran into Stefan.

Jason's beeper goes off.

J: Must be Sonny. I've got to go call him.

Jason leaves.

Scene 7-Felicia and Mac are at The Outback.

F: He didn't tell me what it was.

M: Do you think that Cassadine could have this little virus in other

places?

F: Maybe.

M: What about the police station?

F: Do you think he'd really do that?

Scene 8-Lesley and Rick walk into their penthouse.

R: Good to be home.

L: Yes. I think I'll call Laura and see how things are going.

Lesley picks up the phone and it rings and rings.

Ruby: Hello, Spencer residence.

L: Ruby?

Ruby: Yes.

L: This is Lesley. Um, I was trying to get a hold of Laura.

Ruby: I'm watching Lulu. Luke, Laura and Lucky went to GH, Emily

Quartermaine was hit by a car.

L: Oh my, um, thanks Ruby.

They hang up.

L: Rick, I think we should go to the hospital.

Scene 9-Brenda and Jason walk in GH and see Lois at the nurses station.

B: Lois!

L: Bren, Jason.

J: We're just going to go see Emily, if we can.

L: I guess I'll follow you guys.

They continue walk back that way. Brenda looks at Lois.

B: Is there something else wrong?

L: You don't know the half of it.

They make it there and Lois comes face to face with Ned. Everyone can

sense the tension.

Scene 10-Mac and Felicia are at the main frame of the computer system at

the police station. Mac and Felicia search through files.

M: Here's something out of the ordinary. Can you read that?

F: I have no idea what it says.

M: I can't make it out, but from what I can remember of the one time I

was in Greece, it looks Greek.

F: That's got to be it.

M: Now what?

F: Open it.

Part 104

Scene 1-The next morning; Scott, Serena, and Lucy are at Luke's.

Scott: You sure like to meet here.

L: I like the ambiance.

Serena: What does that mean?

L: Well... Scott, I used to be a part owner.

Mike comes over to the table.

M: And that's the number one reason. Here's your usual, bagels and

coffee.

L: Thanks.

M: And what can I get for the little lady?

Serena: Do you have French toast?

M: Oui oui. That's the extent of my French. I'll start right on that.

Serena: Thank you.

M: You're welcome.

Mike leaves.

Scene 2-Kevin is at the lighthouse, the doorbell rings. He opens the

door to Jeff.

J: Dr. Kevin Collins?

K: Yes.

J: Hi. I'm Jeff Webber. I knew and worked with your father. I was hoping

to talk to you.

Scene 3-Lucky is at Emily's bedside. She is still in a coma. Angela

comes in.

A: Hey, um, Lucky, right?

L: Yeah. What's going on with her? When's she going to wake up?

A: We aren't sure. I do believe she'll wake up though. Um, I have to do

a little examination.

L: Oh, ok, I'll just be outside.

Lucky comes out. Steve runs up.

S: I just heard. Is she going to be alright?

L: They don't know.

Nicole walks up.

N: Hi Lucky. I'm sorry.

L: Thanks. Um, hopefully your mother can help Emily.

Scene 4-Laura is at Amy's bedside. Luke comes in.

Luke: Hey babe. How is she?

Laura: She still hasn't woken up.

Luke: She will sweetie, she will.

Rick and Lesley come in.

Lesley: Hi.

R: Um, you'll have to leave for a few minutes while I do a little

examination of Amy. Dr. Winters is busy with Emily.

Luke, Laura, and Lesley leave.

Laura: Could things be any worse?

Lesley hugs Laura.

Lesley: It'll be alright.

Scene 5-Ned is at the gatehouse thinking of Lois. Just then, Lois comes

charging in.

L: I think it's time you explained why you didn't tell me.

N: Ok, but I have a feeling you aren't going to like it any better after

I explain it, though.

L: Oh, I don't like it already. In fact, maybe I shouldn't care, but

there's this little part of me that wants to give you the chance to

explain.

N: Ok, good, I'm glad you're willing to listen.

Scene 6-Jeff and Kevin are at the lighthouse.

K: What would you like to talk about?

J: Your father and his involvement with the Cassadines.

K: What about it?

J: Stefan had been working with your father on a computer virus and

tried to use it. He almost ran GH into the ground with it. Your father

was working on a way to reverse it. I wondered if you had access to your

father's records or papers.

K: I really have no idea of how to get them.

J: Anything.

Scene 7-Alan and Monica are in the doctors' lounge.

M: I hope that this thing with Emily, isn't like what happened to Jason.

A: So do I.

M: I couldn't live with myself.

A.J. and Carly come in.

A.J.: Dr. Winters says she has some results for us.

Scene 8-Angela walks out into the hall, she sees Lucky, Steve, and

Nicole.

A: Lucky, I have some results on Emily's condition and I was going to

talk to the family, you can join us. We're meeting in my office.

L: Ok, I'll head down there.

S: I'll go with you.

Lucky and Steve leave Angela and Nicole.

A: Nicole, are you going to be around here later?

N: No!

A: Where are you staying?

N: Somewhere.

Nicole walks off.

A: Nikki!

Scene 9-Amy's hospital room, Paul is sitting in a chair by the bed.

Amy's in a coma.

P: You know, I'm sorry. I hope everything turns out fine and you wake up

soon and everything's alright.

Scene 10-Ned and Lois are at the gatehouse.

N: Angela and I were in boarding school, it got very serious.

L: That's not what I meant. I want to know why you didn't tell me.

N: Ok. (Pause.) I didn't tell you, because I'd never seen Nicole and

didn't think I ever would. Grandfather pretty much guaranteed it. And, I

tried not to think about her.

L: But she's your daughter!

N: I realize that, and she's been taken care of.

L: Taken care of?

N: I provided for her.

L: But you haven't been a father to her.

N: Yes, and she's grown up just fine. Angela didn't want her to be

raised by my family. And, well, I agreed.

L: Well, what about Brooke? Maybe she shouldn't be raised by your

family, or you either.

Part 105

Scene 1-Jason and Sonny are at Luke's.

J: Who do you think this is from?

S: A rival organization, maybe, coulda been somebody working with Harry.

J: Yeah. (Cell phone rings.) Yeah.

Robin: Hi Jason. The Quartermaines told me they're going to talk with

Emily's doctor. I thought you might want to know the prognosis.

J: Yeah, I'll probably be there, after Sonny and I finish talking.

R: I'll see you.

Jason gets off the phone.

S: Robin?

J: Yeah, it was about...

S: Emily. You go down there. Don't worry, everything will be fine.

J: Are you sure?

S: Yeah. (Jason leaves.) Who is this?

Scene 2-Mac is at his office at the station, looking at some papers,

when Felicia knocks on the door.

M: Thank God, you're here. I have cases and paper work up the wazoo.

F: Really?

M: The Quartermaines are on me to find out who hit Emily. Then, there's

the car accident up in the hills, for some reason, I have to personally

investigate. Then, Justus Ward wants me to testify in Carly/Caroline,

whoever she is, her case.

F: Wow! Sounds hectic.

M: Yes, and now that you're here it's time for a break.

Scene 3-Alexis and Tom meet at the Port Charles Grill.

A: I'm glad you decided to come, after what happened.

T: Well, I thought I'd give you a chance to explain why you hadn't told

me about Jeff.

A: I hadn't told you about Jeff... Because, he'd left me and I would

have divorced him, but he couldn't be found to be served the divorce

papers.

T: That still doesn't explain why you hadn't mentioned the fact that you

were still married.

A: There really isn't a good reason, or excuse.

T: That's exactly what I thought.

Tom leaves.

Scene 4-Jeff and Steve are at Kelly's.

J: Sorry, I missed breakfast. But, I went to Dr. Collins, he dug up the

formulas that his father had sent him.

S: That's ok. I went to GH to see how Emily Quartermaine's doing.

J: Making friends already? And a Quartermaine, none the less.

S: I knew her when I was back in Arizona. She's adopted.

J: Oh. Well, what happened to her?

S: She was hit by a car.

J: Is she going to be ok?

S: The doctor was about to talk to her family about her condition.

Scene 5-Ned, Lucky, Monica, Alan, Carly and A.J. are in Angela's office.

Alan: So, you know what her condition is?

Angela: Yes, it appears from the CAT scan and the battery of tests we

have conducted so far, that there is no brain damage.

M: Thank god.

A.J.: How much longer before she wakes up?

Angela: We're not sure. It could be a few hours, could be days. I

suggest you all go home and get some rest. If there's a change, I'll

call.

Alan: Monica and I are going to stay here at the hospital.

L: I'm staying, too.

Angela: Well, just get some rest.

A.J., Carly, Alan, Lucky, and Monica exit the office.

Angela: Ned, how are things?

N: Not good.

Scene 6-Jason is at Emily's bedside.

J: You don't deserve this. Who ever's responsible is going to pay.

Scene 7-Mac and Felicia are at the park.

F: So, what does Justus want you to testify in this trial?

M: He just wants the facts.

F: Do you think Justus should know about what I found at Dorman's?

M: Probably. You know what? You're brilliant.

Scene 8-Sonny and Brenda are at Luke's, it is closed. Luke strolls in.

L: Jason just told me what's up.

S: Yeah.

B: How're Emily and Amy?

L: Well, the docs are saying things are looking up.

S: Good.

L: So, you two need some help with whoever this is?

S: Yeah.

L: Well, I'm your man then.

Scene 9-Robin is walking through a hall at GH. She runs into Laura.

R: Hi Laura. How's Amy?

L: Rick seems to think she'll come out of this just fine.

R: That's good.

L: Yes, I guess it is.

R: Is there something else bothering you?

L: Yeah, but maybe this feeling will go away.

Nikolas walks up.

N: Any word on Amy or Emily?

L: Well, things look good for Amy. I haven't heard about Emily, yet.

R: I was going to check on that. Nikolas, right?

N: Yes, Robin Scorpio, I've heard a lot about you.

R: It's nice to meet you.

N: Pleasure to meet you, too.

R: I'll see you later.

L: Bye.

Robin leaves.

N: Something wrong?

Scene 10-Alexis is at the Port Charles Grill. She gets a call on her

cell phone.

A: Hello...yes...ok, Ms. Barrington, I'd be glad to.

Part 106

Scene 1-Angela and Ned are in Angela's office.

A: I guess my music career is over.

N: No, Lois never goes back on a contract. You might have to deal with

Brenda, but she never goes back on her word.

A: What about your marriage?

N: That's something we'll have to work on ourselves. Have you seen

Nicole?

A: Briefly.

N: Where's she staying?

A: I have no idea.

N: Well, I'll try to find her, when I can figure out where she could

possibly be.

Scene 2-Jax knocks on Julia's door.

Julia: Hello.

Jax: Hi, I was wondering if you had contacted headquarters with your

decision.

Julia: Early this morning I called the office and notified them of my

plans to stay on here.

Jax: (Smiles.) That's great.

Brenda comes along. Brenda notices the moment between Julia and Jax.

B: I didn't know you two were so chummy.

Scene 3-Gina and Nikolas run into each other at GH.

G: I heard about Emily.

N: Yeah, that's why I haven't come back. She's still asleep, but they're

allowing visitors, her family's in there now. How're you?

G: Good, you?

N: Strange feelings...I think I'm a little afraid.

G: Of what?

Stefan appears.

Scene 4-Lucy and Kevin are at the lighthouse.

L: So, what are your plans for the rest of the day?

K: I really don't have any, why?

L: Because, mister, I've got some plans for you.

Lucy pushes Kevin back on to the couch and starts to unbutton his shirt.

K: This could be the perfect way to spend the day.

Kevin puts his hand to Lucy's face and kisses her. The phone rings.

L: Oh, please, call back later.

The phone keeps ringing.

K: Lucy, we better answer it. It might be important.

L: Yeah, you're right. (Picks up.) Hello.

Scott: Lucy, I have a huge favor to ask you.

Scene 5-Edward and Justus are at the Quartermaine mansion.

E: Justus, how's this Caroline girl's case going?

J: I think it's coming together good, I'm ready for trial.

E: Good. What do you think about going back into management?

J: Management? Of what?

Scene 6-Alexis sits at the bar at the Port Charles Grill. Ned walks in,

looks around. He doesn't see who he thinks he's to meet, so he goes to

the bar.

N: Jerry, has anyone come in looking for me about a business matter?

J: Not that I know of.

A: I believe, I'm the person that you want to talk to.

N: Ms. Davis.

A: Yes. Mrs. Barrington hired me to represent her in this matter.

Scene 7-Jax, Julia, and Brenda are at the Port Charles Hotel.

B: Hi. I came in the hopes of going to dinner with my sister.

Jax: Ah, well, I had intended on asking the lovely lady to dinner

myself.

B: What's it going to be?

Scene 8-Gina and Nikolas stare at Stefan.

N: I believe that's something to be afraid of.

Stefan comes up to him.

S: I know how you found out. Katherine will pay.

N: Leave her alone!

Scene 9-Lucy is on the telephone with Scott.

L: What do you need Scott?

S: There's a little business trip that I have to go on.

L: Oh.

S: I was wondering if you could watch Serena for me.

L: Sure.

S: Great, thanks Luce.

Scott and Lucy hang up.

L: Guess what.

K: What?

L: We're going to have a little visitor for a few days.
