Part 119

Scene 1-Jax and Julia are at Kelly's, drinking coffee.

Jax: Thank you for those numbers from the office in Madrid.

Julia: No problem. They faxed them to me, it was a piece of cake. (He

looks in her eyes. She tries to ignore by looking elsewhere. She sees

Brenda coming in.) Brenda!

B: Hi Julia, Jax. What're you doing here?

Jax: Taking a coffee break.

Julia: Actually, we were discussing business, but we're done right?

Jax: Actually, I was going to...

Julia: Good, Brenda and I need to talk.

Brenda and Julia go to the counter. Jax sits at the table defeated. His

cell phone rings.

Jax: Jax here... Yes, Katherine Bell works for me... Oh, uh, yes...

Well, Rex, you've gotten in touch with the right man.

Scene 2-Karen joins Kevin, Lucy, Gail and Lee in the waiting room.

Karen: I got in there and I saw Serena, lying there and I just couldn't

do it. So, Dr. Winters had Dr. Quartermaine take my spot.

Lee: Alan?

Karen: Yes.

Lucy: He knows what he is doing, right?

Kevin: Lucy, don't worry, it's going to be alright.

Karen: In fact, they should almost be finished. Joe said he'd come out

and tell us when they're done. He's one of the interns observing.

Where's Scott?

Kevin: Um, he went on a business trip about a week ago. We called him,

he should be here in a couple of hours.

Scene 3-Steve is at the Quartermaines' front door.

Reginald: Hello. Can I help you?

S: Yes, I'm here to see Nicole Winters.

R: Yes, let me go get her.

Reginald leaves, as Steve comes in and looks around. Nicole comes down

the hall.

N: Hi.

S: So, how do you like the new arrangement?

N: I love it! And Lila, grandmother, is so warm and generous.

S: Has she given you any money, yet? 'Cause I'm kinda strapped for cash

and I thought maybe you could pay me back for that time I let you stay

in my place.

N: No, she hasn't, but I guess I could ask to borrow some. But, not

right now.

S: Oh, ok. Did you hear your cousin's coming back home soon?

N: Cousin?

S: Emily.

N: So, are you going to move in for the kill? Or do you want me to work

on Lucky for a little while?

S: I think I'm going to play it by ear.

Scene 4-Lucky and Sly stroll into Kelly's and sit at the counter.

Ruby: What can I get you two?

L: Burger with the works and a cherry coke.

S: Same here. (Ruby leaves.) Where were you during 5th period?

L: I went to see Emily. (Sly makes smooching noises.) Cut it out.

Sonny enters, as he walks by Jax, they look at each other intense. Sonny

goes to Brenda and Julia.

Scene 5-Jason and Robin are at Luke's.

J: Anything interesting today?

R: No, you?

J: No, same old stuff.

R: Have you seen Sonny or Brenda?

J: I saw Sonny for a little while, why?

R: Just wondering. I've been trying to call them at the penthouse, but

there's no answer. Not even the machine.

Steve comes in and walks to the bar.

S: Is Luke around?

Mike: No, actually, I haven't seen him all day. Why?

S: No particular reason. (Nik comes in and sits at table. Steve goes to

him.) Hi Nik. How are things?

N: Not good, Gina left.

S: Why?

N: Her mother's sick and she went to California to take care of her.

Scene 6-Julia and Brenda are at the counter of Kelly's. Sonny joins.

B: Sonny! (Hugs Sonny.) I was just making plans with Julia for dinner,

the 3 of us.

S: Good.

Julia: Tonight?

B: The Grill at seven.

Julia: See you then. I better get back to my boss. (Goes back to Jax.)

Well, I'm back. (He stares at her.) Um, who was the call from?

Jax: Oh, you heard it? It was from a Rex Stanton, he claims to be

Katherine Bell's uncle and he wants to meet with her.

Scene 7-Steve and Nikolas are at a table at Luke's.

S: Is she going to come back?

N: I don't know.

S: Sorry man. Uh, I see someone that I need to talk to. (Steve goes over

to Jason.) Hi Robin.

R: Steve.

S: Jason, can I talk to you for a second?

Steve and Jason walk to the back room.

Scene 8-The hospital waiting room; Karen, Gail, Lee, Lucy and Kevin are

there. Joe comes out.

Karen: How'd it go?

J: It was perfect. Dr. Quartermaine did an excellent job. He and Dr.

Winters should be out here soon to fill you in on all the details.

Karen hugs Joe. Lucy and Kevin hug. Gail and Lee hug. Scott comes

running in.

S: How is she?

Lucy gets up and goes to Scott.

Lucy: She's going to be alright.

He hugs her, as Kevin watches with a touch of jealousy.

Scene 9-At Kelly's; Sly and Lucky are eating.

S: When's Em getting out of the hospital?

L: A few days. She can't wait to get out of there. Hey Ruby, where's

Gina?

R: She left town. Her mother's ill.

S: Wow. Uh, how long is she going to be gone?

R: She didn't know. She might not come back. Now I have to find someone

to wait tables.

Ruby walks off to take someone's order.

S: Man! I can't believe it. Nik must be devastated.

Scene 10-Gail, Lee, Lucy, Scott, Kevin, Karen and Joe are in the waiting

room. Angela and Alan come out.

S: When can we see her?

Angela: It will be a while. But, I'll let you see her through the window

where we have her.

PC characters are being brought in the story because I felt this was the

best time. Here's a brief run down of what's going on with them.

Karen-Hasn't gone to San Francisco. She is starting to have feelings for

Joe. She has her own apartment. Joe-Has strong feelings for Karen, and

now he can't deny them. He lives in his childhood home, with his

brother, Frank. Julie-No one knows her true identity. She and Frank are

an item. She lives in the Scanlon basement with Eve, they seem to be on

friendly terms. Frank-A Paramedic/Teacher/Baseball Coach. He's madly in

love with Julie. Jake-There's no Danielle. Jake's a loner. He lives at

an apartment building close to GH. Matt-Lives behind the Recovery Room,

owned by someone unknown to most of PC. Eve-She and Chris have a

love/hate relationship. They both love to hate each other. Chris-The

schemer, he's still is trying to get Julie. He's always the butt kisser.

He lives at the Harborview Towers, in the lap of luxury. Ellen-Pushy

resident. Boardman-Nasty SOB that's the surgical resident.

Scene 1-Alexis and Jeff are in bed.

J: How would you like to meet my son?

A: You finally found Steve?

J: Yes, it took awhile, but I did.

A: I'd love to meet my step-son.

J: Dinner?

A: Sure.

J: I'll call and see if he is free.

Scene 2-Luke walks in the house. Laura comes out of the kitchen.

Luke: Hi sweetie. (Kisses Laura.) How are things?

Laura: Good. The specialist was very encouraging about Amy's condition.

Then, I went to visit Emily, she's getting out in a few days.

Luke: That's great. Does Lucky know?

Laura: Yeah, in fact, he was there today when I went in.

Luke: Really?

Laura: Yeah, during his lunch break.

Luke: Is there a problem?

Laura: Don't you think they're taking this whole relationship too far.

Luke: You think they've "uh"...

Laaura: I don't know, but I'm not sure either of them are ready to jump

into something like that.

Scene 3-A.J. and Carly are at the Port Charles Grill.

C: A.J., this is lovely. Thanks for the dress, but you really didn't

have to.

A: I thought it would look good on you, and it does. Carly, I just hope

this trial ends soon. So, you can get on with a regular life.

C: Me, too.

A.J. and Carly clink their glasses of water together. Ned is at the

door, watching.

N: Oh, beautiful, Junior. Just what we need.

Scene 4-Jason goes back to Robin.

R: How'd your conversation with Steve go?

J: Um, good.

R: You know what?

J: No, what?

R: I was just thinking about our wedding.

J: What about it?

R: We should have it here.

J: Are you sure?

R: Yeah.

J: I'll talk to Luke. When?

R: Next week.

Jason hugs Robin.

Scene 5-Karen and Joe are in the on-call room.

J: Have you talked to Jagger?

K: No, and I don't think I will be anytime soon.

J: Still on assignment?

K: Yeah. (Cries.) I should be able to tell him all about Serena, but I

can't because of his stupid job!

Joe hugs her, taking in the scent of her hair. He kisses her. Her

sobbing stops, she pulls Joe close and the 2 start to kiss furiously.

Ellen comes in.

E: Excuse me. (Joe and Karen brake.) I was under the impression this was

the on-call room.

Joe and Karen stand straight, both embarrassed.

Scene 6-At the Port Charles Grill, Alexis and Jeff are at a table. Steve

walks in, he sees Alexis and Jeff, then A.J. and Carly. He walks to Jeff

and Alexis.

S: Hi. Um, I'll be with you two in a minute. I see someone I know.

(Steve goes to Carly and AJ.) Hi AJ, Carly.

A.J.: Oh, Steve, um, you're friends with my sister, right?

S: Yeah, I'm Lucky's cousin, too.

A.J.: Um, Carly, I'll go bring the car up front.

A.J. leaves.

S: Well, Carly, you're doing good.

C: What are you getting at?

S: Oh, you know. If you'll excuse me I have to get to a dinner with my

father.

Scene 7-Lucky walks in the house and is greeted by his mother.

Laura: So, did you have a good day?

Lucky: Yeah, pretty good, I guess. Sly and I went to Kelly's and had

burgers.

Laaura: That's nice.

Lucky: Mom, is there something you want to talk to me about?

Laura: Yes, there is.

Scene 8-At Luke's; Sonny, Brenda, Jason and Robin are at the bar. Ned

comes in.

N: Brenda, can I talk to you?

B: You'll have to make it quick. Sonny and I are going to be meeting

Julia for dinner.

N: I was thinking about making an Eddie Maine comeback.

B: Really? Hey Robin!

R: Yes?

B: What do you think about Eddie Maine singing at your wedding?

R: That would be great. Jason?

J: Sure.

N: Ok, when and where?

S: Here, next Friday night.

Scene 9-Joe and Karen in the on-call room.

J: I hope I can make it through the night in ER.

K: You and me both. Who else is on?

Joe looks at the schedule.

J: According to this, Julie.

K: Ah, so this is why we were lucky enough to get in Dr. Winters' group.

Chris comes in.

C: Oh, you two. I heard Dr. Burgess walked in on a very intimate moment.

J: Ramsey! What the hell are you doing here?

C: Julie asked me to cover for her.

Scene 10-Stefan's tied to the chair and wakes. He tries to untie

himself, but he's too weak.

S: Damn you Spencer! You will pay!

Part 121

Scene 1-At the Port Charles Grill; Jeff, Alexis, and Steve have just

finished dinner.

S: Well, it was nice to meet you. Um, what should I call you?

A: Alexis will be just fine. It was nice to meet you, too.

S: Bye.

Steve leaves.

A: He's a very charming young man.

J: (Smiles.) Yeah, he must get that from me. (Takes her hand.) I really

hope we can make this work. I just need to know if you really want to

stay in Port Charles.

Tom and Angela come in. Tom sees Alexis and Jeff. Jeff smiles at Tom.

Tom and Angela sit at a table across the room.

Angela: Well, it looks as though those two have settled their

differences.

Sonny and Brenda come in. They see Julia and go sit with her.

J: Where were you?

B: I'm sorry we're late. Blame Ned.

J: What did he have to do with it?

Sonny: Some kind of Eddie Maine crisis.

B: He wants to do some gigs and get back into the music biz.

Scene 2-Lucky and Laura are at the Spencers.

Lucky: What is it you want to talk about?

Laura: You and Emily. I'm beginning to feel that the two of you have

been seeing too much of one another.

Lucky: What!?! That's crazy!

Laura: I'm afraid that you two, are too involved for kids your age.

Lucky: Oh, is that it? We're too involved? Why don't you come right out

and say what you're worried about. You're afraid that we're having SEX!

That's what you mean, right mom?

Laura: (Soft.) Yes.

Lucky: We haven't, but what would you do if we were, huh mom? Forbid me

to see her?

Laura: I don't know.

Lucky: See you just don't get it. Dad seems to, but you don't. I'm

growing up and I'm going to make my own decisions, no matter what you

say or do. And if I choose to have sex, that's my decision and there's

nothing you can do about it.

Laura: There most certainly is.

Lucky: What're you going to do lock me in my room? Ground me forever? If

these are your plans, I think maybe you should take a trip down memory

lane and remember what you did when you were my age, and maybe, just

maybe, you'll realize you're wrong.

Lucky storms upstairs. Laura flops down on the couch in defeat.

Scene 3-A.J. and Carly outside of Carly's room.

A: I had a great time. What do you say we do that again?

C: Sure.

A: (Stares at Carly.) Tomorrow, for breakfast, at the Grill?

C: (Uncomfortable.) Yeah. (He moves toward her to kiss her. Pushes A.J.

back.) No!

A: Carly, I'm sorry. (She cries and falls to the ground and curls up in

the fetal position.) Carly, it's alright. I didn't mean to...

Alan comes.

Alan: A.J., what's wrong?

A: I'm not sure. I guess I got to close to her and she just sorta shut

down dad.

Alan: Let's take her to the hospital.

Scene 4-Scott is in Serena's hospital room. She's asleep. He brushes

back her hair with his hand and stares at her. Lucy comes in.

Scott: Lucy, thank you.

L: Well, Kevin was the one that found out what was wrong with her.

Scott: For everything. I'm not just talking about getting her to the

hospital. I'm talking about carrying Serena for Dominique.

Lucy looks in Scott's eyes and sees a tear. Lucy reaches across Serena

an takes a hold of his hand.

Scene 5-There is a knock at the Spencer door. Laura answers.

Laura: Nikolas! Come in. (He comes in and sits on the couch with his

head in his hands.) What's wrong?

N: It's Gina.

Laura: What happened?

Scene 6-A.J. and Alan take Carly into GH, running into Monica.

M: What's wrong?

A.J.: I think she needs to see a psychiatrist.

M: Gail and Tom aren't here.

Alan: Kevin Collins was around earlier today, let me go check.

Alan leaves. A.J. sets Carly down on a couch. Monica stands, crouched in

front of her.

M: Carly, it's Monica. Carly, you're going to be alright.

A.J.: Mom, I don't think she can hear you.

Scene 7-Alan finds Kevin.

K: Hi Alan.

A: Kevin. I realize you're not practicing anymore, but A.J. just brought

Carly Roberts in. She seems to have shut herself off.

K: Ok. Where is she?

Scene 8-Jax sees Julia going in her hotel room.

Jax: Julia. (She turns startled.) How was your dinner with Sonny and

Brenda?

Julia: Not bad. Um, I'm really tired, so if you'll excuse me, I'm going

to bed.

Jax: Ok. (Julia goes in her room. Jax goes to his, shuts his door.)

Julia.

Scene 9-Nikolas and Laura are at the Spencers.

N: She left.

Lucky is sneaking out, unnoticed.

Laura: Why? When?

N: Yesterday. She went to California, her mother is ill.

Laura: When's she coming back?

N: She doesn't know if she even is.

Laura hugs him, Nikolas begins to sob. Luke comes in.

Scene 10-Carly and Kevin are in a hospital room.

K: It's helpful for you to go back through the events of the rape.

Carly, if you can, think back to that night. What did Dorman do?

The Garth Brooks song "Face to Face" plays, as scenes of that night are

remembered by Carly. Dorman grabs her arm in the cafeteria at Mercy. He

takes her to his office. He throws her to the floor, then turns to lock

the door. She feels helpless. He moves to her, she closes her eyes. It

doesn't stop, she opens her eyes and sees Dorman on top of her. She

tries to scream, but she's so scared nothing will come out of her mouth.

Minutes later, she sees him turn to straighten up his office. She tries

to kick at him, he turns, picks her up violently and starts to beat on

her.

Scene 1-The next day, Mac meets Kevin at GH.

M: Kevin, why didn't you call me last night when you brought Serena in?

K: I didn't want to bother you.

M: It wouldn't have been a bother. I was working at The Outback. I

could've called Felicia to come in and work.

K: Yeah, I guess so.

M: Kevin, is something else bothering you?

K: Yeah. It's kind of selfish, though. I feel a sort of resentment

towards the relationship Lucy and Scott have.

Scene 2-Justus, Edward and Lila are in the Quartermaine living room.

E: Has Bruce been a able to get a hold of this Paul person?

J: No, not yet. I don't see why you're so concerned with the team's

personnel.

E: Justus, the point is to make money and WIN. (Nicole comes in.) Well,

finally, she's awake, it's almost mid-day.

L: Dear, by next week, we're going to have to get you enrolled in

school.

E: Yes.

L: Nicole, this is your cousin Justus Ward. Justus, this is Nicole

Winters, Ned's daughter.

J: Hello.

N: Cousin?

Lois comes in with Brooke in her arms. Nicole turns and looks shocked.

Scene 3-Nikolas, Luke, Lu and Laura are at the Spencers.

N: Where's Lucky? I didn't see him last night or this morning.

Laura: He was up in his room when you came last night, we'd had a fight.

N: What about?

Laura: I'd rather not get into that.

Luke: He probably left for school early. I've got to get to the club and

work on plans for Robin and Jason's wedding.

Scene 4-Monica is visiting Emily.

E: Carly's going to be alright?

M: Kevin looked at her last night, and Tom and Gail both checked her out

this morning and they seem to think she'll be ok.

E: What about the trial?

M: Justus petitioned the judge to postpone it for a few days due to

medical reasons. And the judge allowed it.

Robin comes in.

R: Hi. Um, I hope I'm not interrupting.

M: No, you aren't interrupting. I'll leave you two alone.

R: No, actually, Monica, you probably should hear about this from me.

E: What is it?

R: Emily knows about part of it. The big day is Friday.

E: (Looks at a confused Monica.) Jason and Robin are getting married.

Monica hugs Robin.

M: That's great.

R: The wedding's Friday night at Luke's.

Scene 5-Paul is in Amy's room. Audrey comes in.

Audrey: Mr. Simmons, a Mr. Carlson keeps calling for you.

P: Thank you Mrs. Hardy. I'll call him back. (Audrey leaves.) Amy, I'm

going to go call him. (Leaves and goes to the pay phone.) Mr. Carlson,

you called?

Scene 6-Mac and Kevin are at GH.

M: Kevin, I think things will turn out alright. Now, I've got to tell

you the big news.

K: What big news?

M: Jason and Robin are getting married Friday.

K: (Smiles.) That's great!

Scene 7-Edward, Lila, Justus, Nicole, Lois, and Brooke are at the

Quartermaine mansion.

Lois: Hi Nicole.

J: Edward, why don't we call Bruce Carlson and see if he's talked to

Paul.

Justus and Edward leave.

Lila: Excuse me dear, I have to talk to Cook about tonight's menu.

Lila leaves.

Lois: Well, I guess this is supposed to be some kind of sign. Nicole, I

think we should talk.

Scene 8-Monica is in Emily's room, Alan comes in.

A: Hi!

E: Hi. How was your first day in surgery?

A: It was good.

Angela comes in.

Angela: Emily, how would you feel about getting out of here today?

E: That would be great!

Angela: Done. All you have to do is get out of that hospital gown and

into some clothes. And, when you get home tell Nicole I said hi.

E: Sure.

Angela starts out, then turns.

Angela: Oh, and Alan, I just want to say again, you did a great job on

your first surgery yesterday.

Alan: Thank you.

Angela leaves.

M: We'll leave so you can get dressed. (Alan and Monica leave.) Alan,

how was your surgery?

A: It went smooth. I should check on Serena.

M: Serena Baldwin?

A: Yes. I'll see you.

M: Wait. There's something I should tell you before you read it in the

paper.

Scene 9-Karen walks in the Wellness Center and sees Robin.

K: Hi Robin. What's this news you wanted to tell me?

R: Jason and I are getting married.

K: That's great!

Karen hugs Robin.

R: The wedding is this Friday night at Luke's.

Scene 10-Paul goes into Amy's room.

P: Hey Amy. I just told the GM of the Pelicans I would sign a contract

for three years. Looks like I'm staying in town.

A: (Faint.) That's great.

Angela comes in.

Angela: Hi. How's Amy?

P: She just talked.

Scene 1-Lois, Brooke, and Nicole are in the Quartermaine living room.

L: Nicole, I want you to know that I don't blame you for what's going on

between me and Ned. It's not your fault.

N: Ned, um, my father, explained to me what the problem is.

L: That's good, Nicole. Can I call you Nikki?

N: Sure.

L: Nikki, I'd like for us to become friends.

N: I'd like that, too.

L: I want you to spend a lot of time with your sister.

N: I'd love to.

L: That's great. Now, I heard Mrs. Q say something about you needing to

get enrolled. Why don't we go take care of that now.

Scene 2-Alan and Monica are in the hall at GH.

A: Oh no, what is it?

M: It's good news. When I was in there with Emily, Robin stopped by. She

and Jason are getting married.

A: When?

M: Friday.

A: I assume we aren't invited.

M: Actually, Robin invited us.

A: Ok, where is it?

M: Luke's.

Alan's beeper goes off.

A: Monica, I have a call. I'll see you later.

Alan takes off. Rick comes up to Monica.

R: Hi Monica. I hear congratulations are in order. Monica, is something

wrong?

M: No, I'm fine.

Monica walks off.

R: Well, ok.

Lesley comes up from behind.

L: Well, hello handsome.

Rick turns.

R: Hi. What're you doing here?

L: I came by to see Amy. Is there any change?

R: Dr. Winters was just in there and she's been talking. It seems as

though some nerves in her vocal cords had been strained, along with

nerves in her face. It's going to be a gradual process for her to get

back to being the rumor mill.

L: (Laughs.) Well, that's good. What was wrong with Monica?

R: I don't know.

Scene 3-Jax is in his office, Katherine comes in.

K: Jax, you wanted to see me.

J: Yes, a Mr. Rex Stanton contacted me and said he was looking for his

niece.

K: Rex Stanton?

J: Katherine, he wants to talk to you.

Scene 4-Luke goes to the room where he has Stefan locked up.

S: Spencer, you are going to pay for this.

L: Oh, cut your high and mighty threats.

S: What do intend to do?

L: I intend to find out what all this computer crap is all about, and

then I'm going to let you go.

S: Aren't you afraid I'll tell the authorities what you've done?

L: No.

S: You should be.

L: Nah. I thought I'd take a page out of your book. Do what you did to

Lesley, dope you up with so many drugs that you don't remember a single

thing that happens. Except for this time, it's only going to be the

past couple of days that you won't remember. Not TWELVE YEARS!

Scene 5-Rick walks into Monica's office. Monica is on the couch, like

she is in a trance.

R: Monica.

M: (Realizing there's someone in the room.) Rick.

R: What's wrong?

M: If you really must know, it's Alan.

R: What about him?

M: It's like he's shut himself off from me. I told him about Jason and

Robin, he didn't even so much as smile. In fact, the last time we shared

something so much as that was when Emily woke up.

R: Maybe he's nervous about getting back into surgery.

M: Rick, I hope you're right. I can't take this for much more longer.

R: (Hugs Monica.) It's going to be alright.

A.J. opens the door.

A: Oh, (Closes eyes.) I'm sorry.

A.J. quickly shuts the door and stands against the wall, the image keeps

repeating in his head. Monica comes out.

M: AJ, it's not what you think.

Scene 6-Stefan and Luke are in the room where Luke has Stefan trapped.

S: Ok, but what I did for Lesley was to save her.

L: SAVE HER! HA! Now, why don't you tell me what I can do about this

computer virus.

S: No.

Luke injects Stefan with a substance.

L: Yes. Scene 7-Karen goes into Emily's hospital room.

K: Hi. I'm Dr. Wexler. I was hoping to talk to your parents.

E: Well, I don't know where they are. Wait, Dr. Wexler, were you one of

the interns in the ER when I came in?: Yes.

E: Alan told me that you and Joe Scanlon were there.

K: Yep, me and Joe. We were a little afraid you weren't going to make

it. Anyhow, I just wanted to tell them how happy I was to hear about

Jason and Robin.

E: Yeah, it's great. How do you know Jason and Robin?

K: Robin and I are good friends. Jason and I used to date back in high

school.

E: Oh, so you're the K.W. who's initials are carved in the bench down by

the boathouse.

K: Yeah, that's me.

Karen thinks back to her time with Jason. She thinks about the boat trip

when Jagger stowed away. Steve comes in.

S: Hi Emily, and you are?

K: (Snapped out of her memory.) Dr. Wexler.

S: So, are you checking up on Emily?

K: Actually, Dr. Winters is doing that. I just came by to visit. I

probably should be going. It was nice to talk to you Emily.

E: It was nice to talk to you, too.

Karen leaves.

S: So, you're busting out of here?

E: Just as soon as one of my parents gets back here.

Scene 8-Tom goes to his mom at the nurses station.

T: Mother, have you seen Stefan?

A: No, in fact, I haven't seen him for days.

Angela comes along.

Angela: Tom, can I talk to you for a minute?

Scene 9-A.J. and Monica are in the hall.

A: What exactly was it?

M: I was talking to Rick about the problems that I have been having with

your father.

A: Ah, you and dad have problems. Anything like when you slept with

Pierce Dorman? Oh, or maybe Sean Donelly? Yeah, I may have been young,

but I knew what was going on. Mom, you can tell me until you are blue in

the face that was a hug of friendship, but I'm having a hard time

believing it after you and dad's history, and I'm sure things that I

don't even know about.

A.J. walks off.

M: And I hope you never find out.

Scene 10-Katherine is inside an office building, she walks up to the

front desk.

K: Can you tell me where I can find Rex Stanton?

FD: He's right over there by the doors.

Katherine goes to a man in an expensive suit, smoking a cigar.

K: Rex.

R: Yes, and you must be Katherine, my niece.

K: Yes, why did you want to see me?

R: I need your assistance in a small business matter.
