3/23/98-Part 231

Scene 1-Carly and A.J. are in the elevator at the Port Charles Hotel,

headed up to their room.

Carly: I thought Ned wanted out of ELQ?

A.J.: Yeah, but he'll change his mind, he always does. Believe me.

Scene 2-Jax and Julia are at the office.

Julia: You talked to Jerry?

Jax: Yes, and he told me some pretty interesting things.

Julia: (Nervous.) Like what?

Scene 3-Monica and Emily are in the living room at the gatehouse.

Emily: I had to change where I was staying.

Monica: Really? So, where did you stay?

Emily: (Nervous.) Amber's.

Scene 4-Lois, Ned, and Nicole are in the kitchen at the gatehouse.

Nicole: What is it?

Ned: Well, um, well, Nicole, we're going to move.

Nicole: What?!?

Scene 5-Nick, Luke, Laura, and Lucky in the Spencer living room.

Nick: Well, Lucky, where were you?

Laura: Lucky, where did you really stay last night?

Lucky: Uh, there's an easy explanation to this whole situation.

Luke: Ok, then shoot.

Scene 6-Justus and Dara are in Dara's office. Dara is stacking the

papers on her desk in a pile, while Justus watches.

Dara: So, you're done for the day?

Justus: Yeah, closed up early.

Dara: So, um, I guess if both of our days are done, we could go home.

Garcia comes in, again.

Garcia: Excuse me, but I have something I really need to talk to you

about, Ms. Jenson.

Scene 7-Mac, Felicia, and Robin are at The Outback.

Felicia: What makes you think that?

Robin: He left the penthouse with six guards. I asked him when he would

be back, and he said that he didn't know.

Mac and Robin both look worried. Mac hugs Robin, holding her tight.

Mac: Robin, I want you to stay here, until we find out what's going on.

Scene 8-Alan is in his wheelchair at the hospital, when he runs into

Lesley in the hallway.

Alan: Well, hello.

Lesley: Hi Alan. How are you doing?

Alan: Ok, I guess. I was just going to ask you the same question. Um,

your divorce from Rick seemed so sudden.

Lesley looks around and sees Amy watching her and Alan talk.

Lesley: How about we go to my office and talk.

Scene 9-Jax and Julia at the office.

Julia: Like what?

Jax: Some interesting business dealings the two of you were involved in.

Julia: And which ones was he talking about?

Jax: He told me about all the tangling involved in the whole Barrett

Industries deal and the difficulty he had purchasing all of the stock.

Julia: Oh, and what else did he tell you?

Scene 10-Monica and Emily are in the living room at the gatehouse,

Monica has just gotten of the telephone.

Monica: Ok.

Emily: So, Amber told you I was there?

Monica: Yes, Em, I'm sorry I doubted you.

Nicole comes running in the room.

Nicole: I can't believe this. I'm just getting used to this place! (Ned

and Lois come running after her.) Now, you're just going to uproot me.

Ned: It's not at all like that.

Emily: What are you talking about?

Ned: We're moving.

3/24/98-Part 232

Scene 1-Steve and Jordan are in the living room of the Webber house.

Steve: Well, how about I introduce you to some friends of mine today?

Jordan: Sure, that'd be great. Anybody my age?

Steve: Well, no, but I know a place where there are some kids your age.

Jordan: Cool.

Scene 2-Joe and Jake are in the on-call room at the hospital.

Jake: Hi Joe.

Joe: Hey.

Jake: Um, how's Frank?

Joe: Why do you ask?

Jake: I heard about what happened between him and Julie.

Joe: Oh. Well, Frank's...

Frank comes in the room and sees Jake.

Frank: Frank's a little angry with you Jake.

Frank slugs Jake, who falls to the floor with a bloody, fat lip.

Scene 3-Katherine meets with Rex at the Port Charles Grill.

Katherine: So, you beckoned me here?

Rex: Yes, just thought I'd let you know your ol' uncle here is now a

major player in ELQ.

Katherine: What?

Rex: Not only do I have Ms. Coe and Mr. Baldwin's shares, I have

purchased Mrs. Cassadine's shares.

Katherine: Did she leave town or something?

Rex: She said adios to this burg after a nasty confrontation with the

Spencers.

Scene 4-Jeremy and Ellen are standing at the nurses' station at General

Hospital.

Jeremy: So, do you really feel we need to put this Dr. Harmon up before

the board?

Ellen: No, but it is hospital policy.

Jeremy: This is an isolated incident, isn't it?

Ellen: Yes.

Jeremy: I'm going to talk to Tom and Rick about it. I see no reason for

an evaluation. I think this incident can simply be noted on Harmon's

record.

Ellen: I agree.

Jeremy walks off and Matt rolls up to Ellen.

Matt: I just heard, thanks Dr. Burgess.

Ellen smiles at him.

Scene 5-Nick, Luke, Lucky, and Laura are in the living room. Lesley Lu

calls out. Nick leaves the room to attend to her.

Luke: Ok.

Lucky: I stayed at Mark Harrison's.

Laura: Mark Harrison, do we know him?

Luke: Yeah, wasn't he one of the Beatles or something?

Lucky: No, I think that was George.

Luke: Yeah. John, Paul, Ringo, and... George.

Laura looks at Luke frustrated.

Laura: Back to the subject, do we know him?

Lucky: No, but he is in one of my classes. Mom, I have stayed in worse

places. So, please, don't worry about it. (Getting defensive.) Unless

the two of you don't trust me.

Luke and Laura look at their son and then at each other.

Scene 6-Alex, Justus, and Dara are in Dara's office.

Dara: What is it Garcia?

Garcia: I need to talk to you about Marcus Taggert and the explosion at

the Quartermaine mansion.

Justus: Anything new on the explosion?

Garcia: No.

Dara: Um, Justus, we'll have to take a rain check.

Scene 7-Alan and Lesley are in Lesley's hospital office.

Lesley: You know you get around pretty good in that wheelchair.

Alan: Yeah, I guess I am getting around pretty good. But, I'll be glad

when I can ditch it. So, why did you and Rick divorce?

Lesley: There's someone else.

Alan: Please tell me Rick and Monica aren't at it again.

Lesley: (Stumbling with what to say.) Uh, no, it's not Monica.

Alan: Who?

Scene 8-Jax and Julia are in the office.

Jax: Jerry told me that you were an incredible business savvy woman.

Julia: That's all?

Jax: (Laughing.) Yeah, that's all.

Jax pulls Julia up against the wall and brings her into a powerful kiss.

Just then, the door opens and Katherine enters the room.

Katherine: Um, excuse me.

Jax and Julia stop their kiss and straighten up.

Jax: Nice of you to show up Ms. Bell.

Scene 9-Nicole, Ned, Monica, Emily, and Lois are in the living room at

the gatehouse.

Emily: Ned, you're really doing this?

Ned: We're just going to move to Brooklyn, after Brenda has the baby and

she is settled in.

Monica: Does anyone else know?

Ned: Grandmother.

Nicole: So, when is this grand move planned for?

Ned: Well, Brenda's due towards the end of April, so I figure May.

Lois: Nicole, you're going to like it there.

Nicole runs upstairs.

Scene 10-Scott is on the telephone and calls Lucy, who is in her hotel

room with Kevin in the middle of making love when the telephone rings.

Lucy: (Still kissing Kevin.) Hello.

Scott: Um, I'm sorry to this, but our company is in trouble.

Lucy: What?!?

Scene 1-Jason comes out the front door of Mario's and goes to Renaldo,

who standing by the limousine door.

Jason: Renaldo, let's go home.

Renaldo: What happened?

Jason: Don't worry about that.

Scene 2-Mr. Pascucci comes out of the back door of Mario's and is

greeted by Justin.

Justin: So, boss...

Pascucci: You kill Morgan, and you'll get your info on your precious

Dawn.

Scene 3-Matt finds Chris in the hall at the hospital.

Matt: Hi snitch.

Chris: What are you talking about?

Matt: I know you told Dr. Burgess.

Chris: Told her what?

Scene 4-Tom and Jeremy are in Tom's office.

Tom: I agree with you Jeremy. I think Harmon's a fine doctor. I think we

should simply note it on his records. Although, I believe we should do

an investigation on why Harmon broke into the computer system.

Jeremy: That's a good idea. I'm a little curious myself.

Scene 5-Steve and Jordan arrive at the Brownstone, Bobbie comes to the

door.

Bobbie: Hello Steve.

Steve: Bobbie.

Bobbie: (Looking over at Jordan.) And, who is this?

Steve: My little sister, Jordan. I thought she'd like to get to know

some kids her own age.

Bobbie: That'd be great. I was just getting ready to take Lucas, Maxie,

Georgie, and Tommy to the park.

Jordan: Sounds cool.

Steve: You don't mind if I live her with you, do you?

Bobbie: No, I'd love to get to know her.

Steve: Thanks.

Scene 6-Joe, Jake, and Frank are in the on-call room. Joe looks at

Frank. Julie walks in to see Jake lying on the floor, bleeding.

Julie: What the hell?

Frank: I just punched him. Yeah, me, Frank Scanlon.

Frank stomps out of the room, Joe runs after his brother. Julie bends

over and helps Jake get up. She comforts him.

Scene 7-Dara and Alex are in Dara's office.

Dara: What is it about Taggert?

Garcia: They are releasing him tomorrow.

Dara: Yeah, I know. But there's nothing we can do about it. Now, what

else is there about the Quartermaine explosion?

Garcia: I found this guy named Justin Farrell, an EMT who worked the

Quartermaine explosion, he was snooping around the mansion.

Dara: Strange.

Garcia: I thought I'd get your opinion on what we should. I'm thinking

about taking a look into this guy's background.

Dara: I think that it a good idea.

Scene 8-Alan and Lesley are in Lesley's office at the hospital.

Lesley: I'd really rather not tell you.

Alan: So, you have something going on?

Lesley: Alan!

Alan: Sorry, I'm just glad to hear Monica isn't cheating on for what...

for the bazillionth time?

Lesley: Well, from what I have been told, you've had your fair share,

too.

Alan: Well...

Scene 9-Lucy and Kevin are on an airplane headed back to Port Charles.

Kevin: Did Scott tell you what happened?

Lucy: No, but obviously it is something serious.

Kevin: Well, if you need any help, I'm here for you.

Kevin takes Lucy's hand in his.

Scene 10-Chris and Matt are in the hall at the hospital.

Matt: You know what you told her. And your just lucky I didn't have to

go before the board.

Chris: Why?

Matt: There would have been hell to pay.

Matt takes off in his wheelchair.

Chris: (Being sarcastic.) What? Going to run over my foot with your

wheelchair?

3/26/98-Part 234

Scene 1-Carly and A.J. go to the Grill for dinner. As they're seated,

Carly looks across the room and sees Mike. She flashes back to one day

when she met Dorman there and Mike was across the room. Carly begins to

look very panicked. A.J. notices this.

A.J.: Something wrong?

Carly: Uh, no.

A.J.’s cellular phone rings and he answers it.

A.J.: What? Um, ok, I'll be right there, grandfather. (Folds up his

phone.) That was grandfather, I have to get to ELQ. Carly, I'll take

care of the check.

Carly: Uh, ok.

A.J. kisses Carly on the cheek, and leaves.

Scene 2-Lucy shows up at the Jacks-Deception office, where Scott is

seated at a desk staring at a computer with a ledger on the screen.

Lucy: Ok, pal, what's going on?

Scott: We have some major financial problems, Lucy.

Lucy: What? How?

Scott: That's a very good question.

Scene 3-Lois knocks on Brenda and Julia's hotel room door. Brenda

answers the door.

Brenda: Lois! What a surprise!

Lois: Hi Bren. I didn't know if I would find you here.

Brenda: Well, I'm here. Now, why are you here?

Lois: I have something I have to tell you.

Scene 4-Bobbie sits on a park bench watching Maxie, Georgie, Lucas,

Tommy, and Jordan playing cops and robbers in the park. Lucas pretend

shoots Tommy, who fakes a fall to the ground. Bobbie gets up and yells

to the kids.

Bobbie: Kids! Hey, it's time to get headed home! (All the kids run to

her.) Did you all have a good time?

Jordan: Yeah!

Bobbie: Ok, well, let's all get in the car. First stop, Jordan's house.

(They all get seated in the car.) Ok, everybody, buckle up!

Scene 5-Joe catches up with Frank at the entrance to the hospital.

Joe: What is wrong with you?

Frank: (Sarcastic.) Nothing. I'm just hunky doorey.

Joe: (Small laugh.) Yeah, right.

Frank's beeper goes off.

Frank: I've gotta go.

Frank takes off. Joe looks worried. Karen walks up to him.

Karen: What's wrong?

Scene 6-Julie and Jake are in the on-call room. Jake is still lying on

the floor, after Frank's punch.

Julie: Are you ok?

Jake: Yeah, I'm ok.

Jake gets up. He looks in Julie's eyes and kisses her. Julie looks in

his eyes and she kisses him back, with a deep and passionate kiss.

Scene 7-Jason goes back to the penthouse and finds a note from Robin

that says she went to The Outback.

Renaldo: What is it Jason?

Jason: Um, call down to the car and tell Johnny I want to go to The

Outback in about five minutes.

Renaldo: Ok boss.

Scene 8-Luke, Laura, Nick, Lucky, and Lu are at the table eating dinner.

Laura: Nickolas, you said you had some big new earlier. What was it?

Luke: Yeah, Nick, what was it?

Nick: I signed up for an internship program at PCU. And, I was excepted

into the J&J Jacks intern program. I'm supposed to meet with Mr. Jacks

and Julia Barrett tomorrow about it.

Laura: That's terrific!

Luke: Just watch your back around that Jax character.

The doorbell rings. Lucky goes to the door and finds Sly smiling back at

him.

Sly: Hello Lucky.

Scene 9-Lois and Brenda are at Julia and Brenda's hotel room.

Brenda: So, what is this thing you have to tell me?

Lois: Brenda, after you're all settled with the baby and all; Ned,

Nicole, Brooke, and I are going to move.

Brenda: What?

Lois: We've decided to move to Brooklyn.

Brenda: Oh.

Lois: (Sensing Brenda is a little upset.) Brenda, it's not that far.

Brenda: I know that, but what about L&B?

Scene 10-Jason arrives at The Outback and finds Felicia, Mac, and Robin

gathered by the bar.

Jason: Robin!

Robin runs to him and hugs him.

Mac: Jason, is something serious going on?

Jason: Mac, it's taken care of. Robin, let's go home.

Jason and Robin walk out.

Felicia: I hope he's right.

3/27/98-Part 235

Scene 1-Lois and Brenda are in Julia and Brenda's hotel room.

Lois: L&B will remain intact. Remember when Ned and I were going to move

to LA, well we can operate the same way we had planned to then.

Brenda looks up at Lois.

Brenda: You know I'm going to miss you.

Lois: Hey, it's still, what, two months off. Besides, what we need to

focus on now is that little baby you're going to have.

Scene 2-Rick is visiting Alexis is in her hospital room.

Rick: So, you're ready to bust out of here?

Alexis: Yes, just as soon as Jeff gets here.

Rick: He should be here soon. Um, once you're out of here, how would

you like to go out to lunch, so we could get to know each other.

Alexis: Sure, that would be great.

Alexis smiles at Rick. Then, Jeff comes in.

Scene 3-Sly and Lucky are standing on the Spencer porch. Nick is

sitting in the living room, entertaining Lesley Lu.

Nick: I wonder what they are talking about.

Nick goes to the front door and cracks it open a little to hear what

Lucky and Sly are saying.

Sly: So, how did you enjoy your night at the PC Hotel?

Lucky: What?

Sly: Yeah, Mr. Hollings. How did you and Barbara enjoy your night

there?

Lucky: How do you know?

Sly: By the way, next time you and Em need to get better disguises.

Nick: (To himself.) Emily?

Scene 4-Lesley bumps into Jeremy in the hall at the hospital.

Jeremy: Hello Lesley. Would you like to go out for a late dinner

tonight?

Rick walks by the two.

Lesley: Um, no, Jeremy. Not tonight.

Lesley walks off and picks up a chart at the nurses station and Rick's

there looking at some records. They both look up.

Scene 5-Jeff and Alexis are on their way out of the hospital.

Jeff: So, what were you and Rick talking about?

Alexis: He wants to take me to lunch, so, we can get to know each other

better.

Jeff: Oh. Well, I just picked up the release forms for Amy. So, let's

get you home. Hopefully Steve and Jordan will be there.

Scene 6-Mac is standing up at the bar at The Outback, looking worried.

Felicia comes up to him.

Felicia: Maybe you should go home.

Mac: So I can sit there and worry?

Felicia: Ok, as your partner, I order you to go home.

Mac: Somehow I don't think I'm going to take orders from you.

Felicia: Ok, well, I guess I'm going to have to drag you.

Felicia pulls Mac out from behind the bar and out of the restaurant.

Scene 7-Edward and A.J.J are at ELQ.

A.J.: Ok, what is it grandfather?

Edward: This Rex Stanton character has just purchased Helena Cassadine's

stock in ELQ, added to what he bought from Lucy and Scott.

A.J.: And, what do you want me to do about it?

Edward: Find any lope hole you can. Get with Justus and study this man.

There's got to be some way to get the stock from him.

A.J.: Exactly who is Rex Stanton?

Edward: That's what I want you to find out. The only thing that I know

about him is that he is Katherine Bell's uncle and Serena Baldwin's

great uncle. So, I'm sure there's a barrel full of money behind him.

Scene 8-Joe and Karen in a hall in the hospital.

Joe: My brother just decked Jake.

Karen: Is he alright?

Joe: Who? Jake or Frank?

Karen: Jake.

Joe: I think so.

Karen: Why did Frank do that?

Joe: He's angry about this whole Julie thing. Julie is staying at

Jake's apartment.

Karen: You're kidding.

Scene 9-Jeremy runs into Ellen in the hall at the hospital.

Jeremy: Um, Ellen, would you like to go out for a late dinner?

Ellen: (She stops and thinks about what he has just asked.) Sure, I

just have to check on my patient in room 620.

Jeremy: Great. Meet back here in twenty minutes?

Ellen: Sure.

Scene 10-Simone comes downstairs of the Brownstone and finds Tony in the

front room. Tony is sitting there staring off at nothing.

Simone: Are you ok?

Tony: Um, yeah.

Simone: I've been looking for Tom, have seen him anywhere?

Tony: No.

Simone: Can you do me a favor?

Tony: Uh, yeah, what is it?

Simone: I haven't been able to get a hold of Tom or Audrey and I was

just called about a convention in Seattle tomorrow that they want me to

speak at, and I have to leave tonight. So, could you or Bobbie watch

Tommy until Tom gets home.

Tony: Yeah.

Simone: Thanks Tony, you're a life saver. Bye.

Simone leaves. Tony sits there in silence and stares at the floor.

3/30/98-Part 236

Scene 1-Scott, Lucy, and Rhonda are all standing in the Jacks-Deception

office, having just looked at the computer screen.

Scott: Rhonda and I both looked thoroughly through the books and someone

has been stealing from the company.

Lucy: Who?

Scott: Lucy, I don't know, but we're going down. We need to get a

lawyer to represent us in filing bankruptcy.

Lucy: Bankruptcy?

Scott picks up the telephone and dials.

Gail: Hello.

Scott: Gail, I need to speak to Lee.

Lee gets on the telephone.

Lee: Hello Scott.

Scene 2-Tony is in his and Bobbie's bedroom. He stares at the gun he

bought a few days ago. He picks it up and looks down the barrel.

Everything that happened with Carly flashes through his head. Then, the

moment Bobbie walked in on them. A look of disgust crosses Tony's face.

A tear rolls down his face.

Scene 3-Felicia drags Mac into Mac's house.

Mac: So... Here I am, home. Now, how do you expect me not to worry

about Robin.

Felicia: Oh, I have an idea. Follow me.

Felicia drags Mac upstairs to the bedroom.

Mac: (Annoyed.) Felicia!

Felicia: Mac, Jason said that whatever the problem was, was taken care

of. You've got to believe him. Besides, you can't go through your life

constantly worrying about everything that comes up with Robin.

Felicia kiss Mac. He doesn't respond. She continues to kiss him until he

reacts. Finally, he does. She pushes him back to the bed and begins to

undress him.

Scene 4-Jake and Julie return to Jake's apartment.

Julie: Are you sure that lip is ok?

Jake: Yeah, it'll be fine.

Jake goes to the kitchen and gets an ice pack. Julie follows and looks

at him intense. She then pushes him back against the refrigerator. He

is startled.

Julie: Jake...

Jake: What is it?

Julie: You are so incredibly sexy.

Jake: Even with the fat lip?

Julie: Yeah, even with the fat lip.

Julie pulls him over to the table and pushes him against it, wildly

kissing him and quickly undressing him.

Scene 5-Tony is in the living room, he leaves a note on the counter

between that room and the kitchen. He goes back to the bedroom and picks

the gun up. He has a flashback of when B.J. died. He stares at the gun,

then he points it at his temple. He closes his eyes.

Scene 6-Bobbie returns to the Brownstone with Maxie, Georgie, Tommy, and

Lucas. They all get out of the car and shut their doors.

Lucas: Mom, what was that?

Bobbie: What?

Lucas: I heard a loud noise.

Bobbie: What did it sound like?

Lucas: A bang.

Maxie: I heard it, too.

Bobbie: It was probably the blasting from the construction on the Jacks

building a couple blocks away.

Scene 7-Lucky comes back in the Spencers. Nick is sitting in the living

room with Lesley Lu, he is waiting for Lucky.

Lucky: Hey Lulu. I think it's for you to go upstairs and get some

sleep.

Nick: I was just about to take her up. After that, I need to ask you a

few questions.

Lucky: About what?

Nick: Hold on, I'll be back.

Nick takes Lesley Lu upstairs to bed and comes back downstairs.

Lucky: Ok, Nick, what is it?

Nick: Are you sleeping with Emily?

Scene 8-Jeremy and Ellen are at dinner at the Port Charles Grill.

Ellen: Thanks for inviting me. Although, I don't know why you did.

Jeremy: I wanted to discuss with you an idea. Tony Jones recently asked

me about possibly doing an experimental testing and after discussing it

together more thoroughly, we thought the interns should be involved in

this. What do you think?

Ellen: I think it's a terrific idea.

Jeremy: Great, I was hoping you would.

Jeremy smiles at Ellen and Ellen smiles back, politely.

Scene 9-Lucky and Nick are in the Spencer living room.

Lucky: What the hell are you talking about?

Nick: I heard you and Sly talking, so, are you sleeping with Emily?

Lucky: I don't think that's any of your business.

Nick: I'm Emily's friend, and if you are having sex, you should stop,

Emily and you aren't ready for the responsibility involved.

Lucky: (Getting defensive.) Just because you don't have a sex life of

your own right now, doesn't mean you have to be butting into mine!

Luke and Laura come in the room, having heard Lucky talking very loudly

to Nick.

Laura: Boys, what's going on?

Scene 10-Bobbie lets the kids go downstairs to play. She walks in the

living room and at the counter finds a note.

Bobbie: (Reads out loud.) Simone had to leave for a convention. I told

her you'd watch Tommy until Tom got home, Tony. I'm sorry. (Thinks

about why he'd write 'I'm sorry.') Sorry? What? What's that about? Tony!

Tony, are you home? (No response, so she goes to the hall.) Felicia!

Tom! Is anybody home? (Once again, no response. She heads to her

bedroom, when she opens the door, she finds Tony lying in a pool of

blood, a bullet in his head. She slams the door shut.) Oh God, Tony!

(Cries uncontrollably. She can hear Lucas running down the hall to their

room.)

Lucas: Mommy, can we watch The Hunchback of Notre Dame?

Bobbie: (Trying to think quick. She immediately tries to cover her

crying.) Sure Lucas. (Her voice cracked.)

Lucas: Mommy, is everything ok?

Bobbie: (Short.) Yes.

Lucas: Are you sure?

Lucas tries to open the door, but Bobbie locks before he can.

Bobbie: (Forceful, with her voice cracking.) Lucas, just go watch your

video.

Lucas: I don't know where daddy put it. I wanted to ask him.

Bobbie: (Still trying to cover her behavior.) Lucas, um, just watch

whatever video is by the TV

Lucas: But...

Bobbie: (Scared, exasperated, forceful.) Just do it! (Lucas runs off.

Bobbie falls to the floor in tears. She works her way to the telephone

by the bed and picks it up. Meanwhile, at the Spencers, Lucky and Nick

are yelling back and forth at each other, calling each other names. The

phone rings, Luke picks up the cordless in the living room. Laura tries

to stop the two boys. As Luke, clicks the telephone on to talk to the

person on the other end. Bobbie is sobbing hysterically.) Luke! I need

you!

Lucas: Bobbie, what's wrong?

Bobbie: It's Tony.

Lucas: What about Tony?

Lucky, Laura, and Nick stop and turn when they hear Luke's tone and

3/31/98-Part 237

Scene 1-The next day at the Brownstone, Bobbie is pacing around the

living room. Laura is seated on the couch.

Laura: Bobbie, I really think you need to get some rest.

Bobbie: How the hell do you expect me to rest, Laura, huh? (Breaks down

in tears.) I have to explain this to Lucas. I have to explain to him

that his father is dead. Tony is dead! How am I going to tell my

little boy that?

Bobbie stands sobbing. Laura looks around like she's not sure what to do

for Bobbie. Then, she walks to Bobbie and puts her arms around her.

Scene 2-Carly is at Kelly's. Scott, Lucy, and Lee come in.

Scott: Are you open back up?

Carly: Sure am.

Lucy: Good. Um, Carly, we'd like some coffee and keep it coming.

Carly: Ok, coming up.

Carly walks over to the counter.

Scott: So, what you're saying, Lee, is that we shouldn't file for

bankruptcy, yet?

Lucy: I think you'd be better off to try and get some money from outside

sources than to file bankruptcy. You have to think of the company's

reputation. I suggest you start selling shares of stock.

Carly brings them their coffee.

Lucy: To who?

A.J. walks in.

Scene 3-Lucky and Nick are watching Lu, Tommy, Georgie, Maxie, and Lucas

as they play in the small yard behind the Brownstone.

Nick: This is going to be tough on Bobbie and Lucas.

Lucky: Everybody.

Lucas runs up to the two.

Lucas: Where's my mommy?

Nick: Um, she's busy inside.

Lucas: What's going on?

Lucky: Um, Lucas, we can't really get into that, now. I think it's

better that your mom explain it to you when she's ready.

Lucas: Where's my daddy?

Scene 4-Garcia and Luke are walking out of the front door of the

Brownstone.

Garcia: Tell your sister I'm sorry for her loss. And, thank you for

allowing me to investigate.

Luke: Sure.

Alex walks down the steps outside as Felicia walks up. She looks at him

odd, and then runs into Luke who's standing by the door. He has a somber

look on his face. She looks up at him.

Felicia: What's wrong?

Scene 5-Nick goes inside the Brownstone to the living room where Laura

and Bobbie are.

Nick: Bobbie.

Bobbie: Yes?

Nick: Lucas is asking a lot of questions, and I thought maybe you should

answer them.

Laura: Bobbie, are you ready?

Bobbie: I have to be.

Luke comes in the room with a weeping Felicia on his shoulder.

Luke: We are here for you Bobbie.

Scene 6-Carly and A.J. are up at the counter at Kelly's.

A.J.: So far these are your only customers?

A.J. points over to Lucy, Scott, and Lee.

Carly: Yeah, it's strange. I would have thought by now that Tony,

Lucas, and Bobbie would've shown up.

A.J.: Maybe they decided to sleep in.

Carly: Maybe. Well, they won't be needing anything for awhile, let's

just watch the news.

Carly turns on the TV.

Scott: (Talking to Lee and Lucy.) You're suggesting that we ask

Quartermaine there to buy stock in OUR company?

Lee: Well, it was an idea.

Scott: No way!

Scene 7-Bobbie sits Lucas down on her lap. Luke, Laura, and Felicia

stand behind her

Lucky: Mommy, what's wrong? What's going on?

Bobbie: Lucas, I have some bad news. It's about your dad.

Lucky: Where is he?

Bobbie: (Slowly and gently.) Lucas, your dad's gone.

Lucky: Gone where?

Bobbie begins to cry. Luke, Laura, and Felicia's hands are on her

should. Bobbie holds tightly to Lucas.

Bobbie: He died.

Tom walks in and looks at the expression on everyone's face. Lucas has

tears streaming down his face.

Tom: What happened?

Scene 8-Carly and A.J. are watching the news.

A.J.: I can't believe the Asian markets are dropping lower. I guess I

need to call my broker. (Looks for his cell phone.) Damn, I must have

left my phone back at the hotel.

Carly: Use the one here.

A.J.: Ok, if you don't mind, I'll take it into the kitchen where they

won't be any interruptions.

Carly: I don't mind.

A.J. goes into the kitchen.

On TV: General Hospital's Dr. Tony Jones was discovered late last night

dead at the Brownstone he co-owns with his ex-wife Bobbie Spencer. He

had been shot in the head. Police have not determined whether or not

the wound was self inflicted.

Carly breaks down in tears. Lucy gets up and walks to the TV.

Lucy: Did I hear that right?

Carly nods and Scott comes over and puts his arms around her.

Scott: Yes.

A.J. comes back out.

A.J.: What's wrong?

Carly: Tony's dead.

Scene 9-Mac comes to Felicia's. She has just told Maxie and Georgie, who

are in their rooms. Mac sees Felicia's sad face and goes to her and

holds her.

Mac: Oh Felicia, I'm sorry.

Felicia: Mac, I think I could've stopped this.

Mac: Tony killed himself?

Felicia: Yes. (Felicia wipes her tears away.) Anyhow, I feel guilty

about last night.

Scene 10-Bobbie sits in the living room alone. Tom walks in. He sits

next to her on the couch.

Tom: I called Simone. She's on her way back.

Tom looks at Bobbie, who can not stop sobbing. He hugs her and holds

her as she cries. Audrey and Amy come rushing in.

Audrey: Bobbie!

They find the two in the living room.

Amy: We just heard.

Bobbie stands, Audrey and Amy hug her. Bobbie starts to look extremely

uncomfortable.

Bobbie: Um, excuse me, I have to go.

She runs out of the Brownstone and hops into her car.

Tom: Bobbie!

He gets to the door to see her take off in her car.
