Part 249

Scene 1-Carly, A.J., Luke, Laura, Bobbie, Frisco, Lucas, Felicia, Maxie,

and Georgie are in a hall at GH.

Bobbie: (To Frisco.) Thanks for being here.

Bobbie and Frisco hug.

Frisco: No problem.

Luke: Well, we're going to have lunch at the club. Do you want to join

all of us, Frisco?

Frisco turns to Felicia and the girls.

Frisco: I really hate to do this, but I can't stay.

Laura: Why not?

Frisco: I have a mission that I have to get back to.

Maxie, Georgie, and Lucas begin to cry. Georgie and Maxie cling to

Frisco's legs.

Scene 2-Taggert and Jason are in Jason's penthouse.

Taggert: So, what do you want?

Jason: An agreement. I won't kill you, if you help me find out who

tried to kill me.

Taggert: I can tell you flat out.

Jason: Who was it?

Taggert: You promise no matter what you want kill me or run me out of

town?

Jason: (More forceful, eyeing is gun the breast pocket of his suit.)

Yes. Now, who was it?

Taggert: One of Pascucci's hired hands, his name is Justin Farrell.

Jason: Farrell?

Taggert: He's also an EMT.

Jason: (Nods.) Goodbye.

Taggert: Goodbye.

Taggert leaves, as Robin enters with Renaldo.

Robin: Did I just see who I thought I saw?

Jason: Yes. Um, Robin, can you leave me and Renaldo alone for a second?

Robin: Sure.

Robin leaves the room.

Renaldo: Sir?

Jason: Find Justin Farrell and bring him to me.

Scene 3-Alan and Monica are in the hall at the hospital.

Alan: Monica, I'm sorry about everything that's happened. The whole mess

with my daughter. I wanted to tell you myself. I didn't want you to find

out that way.

Monica: Alan, it's ok. I understand. I'm sorry that I acted the way I

did. I'm sorry I wasn't there for you when your best friend died. You

know I love you.

Alan: Yes. No matter what happens between us. We'll always love each

other. I think we both know that by now.

Alan embraces Monica.

Scene 4-Scott and Lucy are in a hallway at the hospital.

Scott: So, are you going to the lunch?

Lucy: Yeah, you?

Scott: I've decided against it. I don't think Luke and I butting heads

is what Bobbie needs.

Lucy: Yeah.

Scott: Could you give Bobbie this note for me, though.

Scott hands her a piece of paper.

Lucy: Sure.

Scott: Thanks.

Lucy: See you later. (Scott walks off.) What is this?

Scene 5-Emily and Lucky are in the hospital courtyard.

Lucky: What is it?

Emily: Nicole told me that rumor.

Lucky: Yeah?

Emily: It was about us. She said she heard that we were having sex.

Lucky: Sly!

Emily: What?!? Did you tell Sly we were sleeping together, Lucky?

Lucky: No, Emily. It's more about what Sly saw. He saw us check into

the hotel.

Scene 6-Justus knocks on the Webber door. Jordan answers it.

Jordan: Hello.

Justus: Is your mother here?

Jordan: Yeah. Mom!

Alexis runs to the door.

Alexis: Justus, this is a surprise. Come in. Justus this is my

daughter Jordan.

Justus: (Walking in the house.) Hello Jordan.

Alexis: So, what brings you by?

Justus: There's a problem with some of the papers you gave us concerning

the purchase of the hockey team.

Alexis: What problem?

Justus: They were bogus.

Scene 7-Nick goes into Brenda's hospital room, where Jax and Julia are.

Jax: Well, if it isn't our up and coming intern.

Nick: Hello Jax, Julia.

Julia: What brings you by?

Nick: I wanted to see how Brenda was.

Brenda: Hello Nickolas. It's good to see you, again.

Nick: Good to see you, too. So, how are you?

Brenda: I couldn't be better.

Nick: That's good to hear.

Brenda: So, is Kelly's all fixed up now?

Nick: Yes. Are you going to be moving back?

Brenda: I doubt it. I'm thinking about a house for me and Michael.

Scene 8-Justin and Matt are at the entrance to the hospital. Justin

turns and starts to walk off.

Matt: Where are you going?

Justin: (Justin turns back around to Matt.) To the Quartermaines.

Matt: Why?

Justin: I've got to find something that belonged to her.

Scene 9-Luke, Laura, Audrey, Bobbie, Lucky, Nick, Lu, Lesley, Jeremy,

Amy, Alan, Monica, Emily, Lucas, Carly, A.J., Simone, Tom, Tommy,

Felicia, Mac, Georgie, Maxie, Lucy, and Kevin are at Luke's. Lucy gives

Bobbie a note from Scott, she reads it. Alan walks over to Bobbie.

Alan: Bobbie, I'm so sorry. I want to apologize to you for the way I

treated both you and Tony when the two of you returned. I had no right

to pass judgment and cut the two of you off like I did.

Bobbie: Alan, it's ok. You acted the way I would have. I should be the

one apologizing to you and Monica. Forgive me?

Alan smiles at Bobbie.

Alan: Yeah. Um, Bobbie, I'm really sorry about Tony.

Bobbie: (Barely getting the word out without crying.) Thanks.

Everyone sits. They sit and share their memories of Tony. They laugh,

cry, and remember the man they loved. After that's done, Emily suddenly

gets up from the table. Lucky follows her to the door.

Lucky: Where are you going?

Emily: To the house. I have something I have to return to someone.

Scene 10-Jake and Julie are at Jake's apartment.

Jake: What do you think about marriage?

Julie: What do you mean?

Jake: Well, after going to that funeral today, I realized life is too

short.

Julie: Jake, are you saying what I think you are saying?

Jake: Julie, will you marry me?

Scene 1-Julia is at her hotel room, when the telephone rings.

Julia: Hello.

Nick: Hi Julia. I was wondering if we could go to dinner together to

discuss the Garrison deal. That's if you aren't going to be at the

hospital with Brenda.

Julia: Sure, that's a good idea. Where?

Nick: The Port Charles Grill, at say, seven?

Julia: Ok. I'll see you then.

Scene 2-Emily goes to the Quartermaine mansion. The construction is

almost complete, but she still has to dodge a few buckets and ladders.

She goes up to her room and gets the bracelet Sly gave her. On her way

out she sees an unfamiliar man looking through thing in the living room.

Emily: Excuse me, can I help you?

The man turns around, it is Justin. He looks frightened until he sees

Emily.

Justin: Yeah, I'm looking for something.

Scene 3-Luke, Carly, and Bobbie are standing in a corner at Luke's.

Luke: So, have you decided where you're going to go?

Bobbie: Lucas and I are going back to the Brownstone.

Carly: Are you sure you can handle it?

Bobbie: Yeah, I think I can.

Bobbie looks down at the note in her hand from Scott.

Luke: What's that?

Bobbie: An invitation.

Luke: To what?

Bobbie: To a friend's.

Scene 4-Julia and Nick are seated at a booth in the corner at the Port

Charles Grill.

Julia: Well, if you keep this up, Jax might just have to make you a

junior executive at the company.

Nick: (Lets out a small little laugh.) That'd be great. But, I doubt

that would happen.

Julia: So, how's your aunt Bobbie?

Nick: She's hanging in there.

Julia: It must be rough on her with Lucas.

Nick: Yeah, but they both seem to be handling everything in stride.

Julia: How about you? How are your courses going?

Nick: Things are going well. PCU's a fine school, it's just not very

challenging. I guess that's why I decided to apply for this internship.

I knew working for Jax would be a challenge.

Scene 5-Luke enters Brenda's hospital room.

Brenda: Luke.

Luke: Mike said things went well.

Brenda: Yes, they did. Do you wanna go see Michael?

Luke: Sure, I'd love to see the little tike.

Brenda gets up and she and Luke walk to where all the babies are. They

look through the glass to see Michael lying in the first row.

Brenda: (Pointing to Michael.) There he is.

Karen is in the room and she looks out and sees Brenda and Luke looking

in at Michael. She comes out to talk to them.

Luke: So, how is the little man?

Karen: Well, Michael was a little early, but he's doing terrific. He

might be able to go home by the end of the week.

Scene 6-Carly's in A.J.’s hotel room by herself. She thinks back to the

funeral and seeing Tony's body. Every horrible thing that she had done

to him runs through her mind. The moment Bobbie walked in on her and

Tony at the cabin continues to flash through her head. Then, she

imagines how Tony killed himself. Several times she invisions the bullet

entering Tony's head and the blood flying everywhere. She shakes her

head, but can't get the images to go away. She begins to cry.

Scene 7-Scott sits in his office at the mansion. He thinks back to the

night before, when he took Eve to the Port Charles Hotel for her

birthday. He remembers the look on her face when she saw the room. He

fast forwards to the night they spent together. Eve pushing him down to

the bed. He looks up in her eyes, and there is this shine to them. He

grabs her and kisses her and they begin to roll around the bed.

Scott: (Lingering on this word.) Eve...

Scene 8-Emily and Justin are standing in a dark Quartermaine living

room.

Emily: Looking for what?

Justin: Something of Dawn's.

Emily: Dawn?

Justin: Dawn Winthrop.

Emily: Um, I don't know who you are talking about. (Her voice begins to

get shaky.) But, you really should get out of here.

Justin: No. You are a Quartermaine, aren't you?

Emily: Yes.

Justin: Then you'll help me find it.

Scene 9-Alexis and Justus are in the Webber living room.

Alexis: I took care of the paper work, but, it wasn't bogus, as far as I

know.

Justus: So, those were the numbers you were given?

Alexis: Yes.

Justus: So, you're suggesting someone set you up?

Alexis: That has to be the answer. I would never purposely do something

like that.

Justus: Ok. Well, as long as you will work with A.J., Edward, and I we

will work on who set you up.

Alexis: Thank you, Justus.

Scene 10-Jake and Julie are standing in the living room at Jake's

apartment.

Julie: Jake, I can't. Not right now.

Jake: Oh.

Julie: Maybe a little ways down the road. But, I can't possibly think of

marriage right now. It wasn't that long ago that I found out about my

father. And, it wasn't that long ago that Frank and I broke up.

Julie: I know. I realize that. Just keep your mind open to the

possibility.

Julie: I will. I will.

Part 251

Scene 1-Lucky sits in the living room on the telephone. He is calling

the Quartermaine gatehouse. Nicole answers the telephone.

Lucky: Is Emily around?

Nicole: No. I haven't seen her since the night before last.

Lucky: You haven't?

Nicole: No.

Lucky: Is Monica there?

Nicole: No, she and Alan are at the hotel. Lucky, I'm sure she's with

them or with Julianne, I really wouldn't worry.

Scene 2-Robin goes into Brenda's hospital room.

Brenda: Well, finally. I was wondering when you were going to make it

here.

Robin: I'm sorry. Jason's had some things going on.

Brenda: Things?

Robin: Business things. Some things I'm a little worried about.

Brenda: Oh...

Robin: But, never mind that, I came here to see you and Michael.

Scene 3-Scott is in his office, he is drifting off, thinking about his

night with Eve. All of a sudden, there is a knock on the door. Then,

Lucy comes bursting in.

Scott: Well, so much for privacy.

Lucy: Uh, yeah, sorry about that.

Scott: So, what brings you by? You know, I was going to come into the

office at nine.

Lucy: Yeah, I know. But, I just checked out our financial reports and

was so excited about them that I had to come right over here.

Scott: So, what's the scoop?

Lucy: We've recouped all of our loses and more.

Scott: I guess it's time to get our stock back from Mr. Stanton, then.

Scene 4-Julia and Nick are in the office. Julia is looking over some

papers as Nick stares at her.

Julia: Well, this work looks great.

Nick: (Grinning.) Yes, I guess it does.

Julia: (Laughs.) Thinking very highly of yourself, aren't you?

Nick: Well...

Julia: Well, you have every reason to.

Nick: (Staring straight into Julia's eyes.) Thank you.

Julia smiles and Jax walks in.

Jax: Hello. Fancy seeing both of you here.

Scene 5-Luke walks into the Spencer living room to find Lucky staring at

the telephone.

Luke: Cowboy, something wrong?

Lucky: I'm just waiting for Emily to call.

Luke: Why don't you just call her?

Lucky: Because I don't know where she is.

Luke: No luck trying to call her at the Qs?

Lucky: Nope. She said something last night about returning something to

somebody, but I have no idea what she was talking about.

Luke: Maybe you should call a friend of her's.

Lucky: I guess it's worth a try.

Scene 6-A.J. comes out of the bathroom of his hotel room, he looks at

the bed where Carly is, asleep. She is tossing and turning violently.

He runs over to her. He sees she is soaked in sweat. He holds her down

as she continues to kick and toss in bed.

A.J.: Carly, wake up. (She continues. He begins to shake her.) Carly,

wake up!

Carly wakes suddenly, she looks up at A.J. and hugs him.

Carly: Oh god, everything is terrible. Everything and it's my fault.

A.J.: Carly, what's wrong? What is it?

Scene 7-Lois comes downstairs to find Nicole pacing around and looking

out the window.

Lois: Hey, what's up?

Nicole: Uh, nothing.

Lois: Then who was on the phone earlier?

Nicole: Lucky, he was looking for Emily.

Lois: And?

Nicole: Well, she's not around here and I have NO idea where she is.

This isn't like her. I'm worried.

Scene 8-Lucy and Scott show up at Rex's office. Rex sits behind a big

desk, smoking a cigar. Lucy coughs.

Rex: Ah, sorry, I'll just put this out. (He puts it out in a glass of

water.) I really must quit, it's a nasty habit.

Lucy: Yes, it is. I mean you can get lung cancer and I even read

something the other day about cigars actually being worse than cigars.

But, of course, just about everything you can do now-a-days is

supposedly bad for you.

Rex continued to stare at her, amazed at how she could go on with the

topic.

Scott: Well, we certainly didn't come here to debate which is better:

cigars or cigarettes.

Rex: I assume you are here because you're prepared to buy back the

stock.

Lucy: Well, you should never assume, because that can make an ass out of

you and me.

Scott: (Laughing.) Boy, you're just full of them today, Lucy, aren't

you? Anyways, yes, Rex, we are here to buy back our stock.

Rex: And I'm prepared to sell it back to you.

Scene 9-Robin and Brenda are standing outside the room where all of the

babies are. They both look in at Michael. Jason comes up from behind

Robin and puts his arms around her. Robin turns around, she is stunned.

Robin: Jason!

Jason: Hi.

Brenda: Where have you been?

Jason: Sorry. I wish I could have been here. Where is Michael?

Brenda: Right there, right in front.

Robin: Do you think they let us go in there and see him?

Brenda: Actually, Karen is in there, maybe we can get her to bend the

rules, so all three of us can go in.

Brenda taps on the glass. Karen comes out.

Karen: Hi guys. What can I do for you?

Brenda: Do you think you can bend the rules so that the three of us can

go in there.

Karen looks over at Robin, who gives her the pleading eyes.

Karen: Yeah, sure, follow me.

They walk in. Brenda picks up Michael and looks down at him. Then, she

lets Robin then Jason hold him. Karen watches and then looks out the

glass window to see Joe looking in smiling.

Scene 10-Jax, Nick, and Julia are in the office.

Nick: Well, um, I actually should be going. I have a class at ten.

Julia: Ok. Have a good day. Oh, thanks for dinner last night.

Nick: You're welcome.

Nick leaves.

Jax: Dinner last night?

Julia: What? Are you jealous?

4/16/98-Part 252

Scene 1-Emily and Justin are in the attic at the Quartermaine mansion.

Emily: What is it you want?

Justin: I'll tell you when we find it!

Emily: Look you're scaring me. I don't know what you want. I don't know

what you're looking for. I don't know who this Dawn person was, so could

you please tell me one of those things.

Justin: Dawn was my girlfriend, in fact, we were going to get married.

She disappeared suddenly. Just recently I found out she came here.

Yesterday I found out that she was part of this family and that she was

killed. Now, I'm looking for the ring I had given her.

Emily: I'm sorry, but how was she part of this family? I've never heard

about her.

Justin: She was Monica's daughter.

Emily looks very confused. Justin continues to rifle through some boxes

and discovers a picture of the Quartermaine family. He is very focused

on it.

Emily: What?

Justin: This looks like Jason Morgan.

Emily: He used to be a Quartermaine, he's my brother.

Scene 2-Luke knocks on the Brownstone door. Bobbie answers it.

Luke: (He walks on in the house.) So, how are ya doin'?

Bobbie: I'm ok.

Luke: How'd last night go?

Bobbie: Not good.

Luke: What happened?

Scene 3-A.J. is holding Carly.

A.J.: Carly, what are you talking about?

Carly: Um, A.J., I have a feeling that Tony committed suicide because of

me.

A.J.: (Lifts her head up and looks into her eyes that are filled with

tears.) Tony's death's not your fault. He had so many problems. Trust

me, you weren't the cause.

Carly: A.J., I don't know how you can believe that I didn't have

something to do with it. Just look at all the problems I brought to

him.

A.J.: He had some problems of his own before you came, trust me.

Scene 4-Lois is on the telephone, she is calling Alan at the hospital.

Alan: Dr. Alan Quartermaine.

Lois: Alan, have you seen Emily?

Alan: No, I thought she stayed with you and Ned at the gatehouse.

Lois: No.

Alan: Spencer!

Lois: No, he called looking for her.

Alan: Thank you for letting me know, Lois. Bye.

Alan hangs up.

Lois: Bye?

Scene 5-Scott and Lucy are standing outside. Lucy has a piece of paper

in her hands. She kisses it.

Lucy: (Making kissing sounds.) Oh, this is terrific, we have all of our

company back.

Scott: (Smiling.) Yeah, it is. Have the investigators made any

progress on finding out who took all that money?

Lucy: No, they haven't, but when I find out who it was I'm going to go

after them with everything I have.

Scene 6-Robin, Brenda, and Jason are in Brenda's hospital room.

Robin: Well, we better go.

Brenda: Ok. Thanks both of you for coming by.

Jason: No problem.

Robin goes over to Brenda and hugs her.

Brenda: Bye.

Jason and Robin leave the room and are standing out in the hospital

hallway.

Robin: Jason, can you tell me why you had Taggert over to the penthouse?

Jason: Robin, I don't want to get into that.

Scene 7-Lucky is standing in a front yard of a big house. Julianne

comes out of the house.

Julianne: (Flirtatious.) Well, hello Lucky. How are you?

Lucky: Julianne, have you seen Emily?

Julianne: A few days back. Why?

Lucky: She's missing.

Julianne: (Not sounding all that concerned.) Oh, well, that's too bad.

Lucky: Julianne!

Julianne: What?

Lucky: Do you know where she could be?

Julianne: No, I don't have a clue. Are you going to look for her?

Lucky: Yes. You wanna help?

Julianne: (Looking into his eyes, smiling.) Yeah, sure.

Scene 8-Karen and Joe are in the hall at the hospital, they are looking

into the room full of babies.

Joe: They truly are adorable.

Karen: Yeah.

Joe: So, was that patient a friend of yours?

Karen: Brenda? Hardly. I guess things are different, now. You know I

can't believe she is a mother.

Joe: Well, people change.

Karen: Yeah. I guess I'm proof of that.

Scene 9-Luke and Bobbie are in the living room at the Brownstone.

Bobbie: I just replayed that whole night in my head. It just kept going

through my head. Every little detail that I knew about the event.

Luke: Um, maybe you should go see Kevin Collins.

Bobbie: Well...

Luke: It might help.

Bobbie: Yeah, I guess that's worth a try.

Luke: So, how's Lucas holding up?

Bobbie: He seems as tough as nails. Except for the fact that he doesn't

want to be away from me for more than an hour.

Luke: Bobbie, it'll get better. I promise.

Luke gives his sister a hug.

Scene 10-Ned comes downstairs to find Nicole and Lois pacing around.

Brooke is crawling around the room.

Ned: Something wrong?

Lois: Emily's missing.

Ned: Did you check the main house?

Nicole: No. Why would she be up there?

Ned: I don't know, but I saw her go up there last night.

Lois: It's worth a try.

Part 253

Scene 1-Laura is sitting in the living room with Lesley Lu, when the

telephone rings. She picks it up.

Laura: Hello.

Monica: Hello Laura. This is Monica Quartermaine.

Laura: Hello Monica.

Monica: I was wondering if Emily was over there.

Laura: I'm sorry she isn't. And, as far as I know Lucky hasn't seen

her.

Monica: Damn! Um, I'm sorry. Laura, if you do see Emily, could you

call me at the Port Charles Hotel.

Laura: Sure, I'd be glad to.

Monica: Thank you.

Scene 2-Felicia and Mac are doing inventory at The Outback.

Mac: So, did Frisco make it off well?

Felicia: Yes.

Mac: The girls still upset?

Felicia: Yeah, but they eventually calmed down.

Mac: How are you doing?

Felicia: Me, I'm fine. Why are you asking?

Mac: Well, I know every time Frisco breezes back into town it's

difficult.

Felicia: Yeah, but I handled it.

The door opens.

Mac: Hey we aren't open.

Taggert enters into eye sight.

Taggert: That's alright, I just wanted to say hi.

Scene 3-Alan is storming out of his office at the hospital, when he runs

into Julie.

Julie: Something wrong?

Alan: You wouldn't have happened to have seen your sister?

Julie: No. In fact, I've never even gotten to meet Emily. Is something

wrong?

Alan: She's missing.

Julie: That's terrible.

Alan: I have to find her.

Alan storms off. Matt wheels up to where Julie is standing in shock.

Matt: Something wrong?

Julie: My sister is missing.

Scene 4-Luke enters the Spencer and finds Laura seated on the couch

playing with Lesley Lu.

Luke: Well, hello.

Laura: Oh, Luke. So, how was Bobbie?

Luke: Hangin' tough.

Laura: By any chance have you talked to Lucky since this morning?

Luke: No. Why?

Laura: Monica just called looking for Emily.

Luke: So, she is missing?

Laura: Yeah, now I have this terrible feeling that Lucky is going to go

out there and try to be the hero.

Scene 5-Felicia, Mac, and Taggert are at The Outback.

Mac: Taggert, what do you want?

Taggert: I think you know what I want Mr. Scorpio.

Felicia: What?

Mac: Felicia, the night that we arrested this creep, I took something of

his.

Felicia: What was it?

Taggert: Never mind that. I just want it back! Now!

Taggert whips out his gun.

Scene 6-Lucy strolls into the lighthouse, where Kevin is about to leave.

Lucy: Think you can play hooky from work today?

Kevin: Lucy.

Lucy: Come on, doc.

Kevin: (Kevin looks at Lucy, who has a pouty, yet seductive look to her

face.) Ok. I'm a sucker for that face.

Lucy: Works every time. Now, doc, we are going to celebrate.

Kevin: Celebrate what?

Lucy: Getting Jacks-Deception entirely.

Kevin: That's terrific.

Scene 7-Jeremy and Lesley are at the Port Charles Grill.

Jeremy: So, did you enjoy your lunch?

Lesley: Yes.

Jeremy: You know, I could do this everyday.

Lesley: What? Go to lunch here.

Jeremy: No, take you to lunch everyday. Spend the entire day with you

everyday.

Lesley: Oh-

Jeremy: Yes.

Scene 8-Julia and Jax are eating at Kelly's.

Jax: Now, how could you possibly think I was jealous of that college

kid?

Julia: I don't know, maybe it was the look in your eyes.

Jax: What look?

Julia: I don't know. Your eyes just had this look to them. It's like I

could sense that you were jealous.

Jax: Now, if I were really jealous, don't you think I would have tried

to top Spencer's dinner at the Grill.

Julia: Hmmm... Maybe.

Jax: Well, speaking of the devil.

Nick comes in, as he is headed to the counter, he notices Jax and Julia

and stops.

Nick: Well, this is a nice surprise.

Scene 9-Emily is in the back seat of Justin's car all tied up.

Justin: So kind of you to tell me that you're Morgan's sister. You'll be

a good bargaining chip when he finds out I tried to kill him. And, I'm

almost sure he will. So, once he finds out that I have you, he'll be

ready to deal.

Emily has tears running down her face.

Scene 10-A.J. comes storming into Kelly's flying by Jax, Julia, and Nick

and up to Carly at the counter.

Carly: A.J., what's wrong?

A.J.: Emily's missing.

Carly: Oh my. What happened?

A.J.: I don't know. But I have a feeling that your cousin Lucky is the

reason she's disappeared.

Carly: What?!?

Scene 1-Ned comes back down to the gatehouse with a note in his hand.

Lois, Nicole, and Brooke are in the living room.

Nicole: She wasn't there?

Ned: No. But, I found this note.

Lois: What does it say?

Ned hands the note to Lois. Lois begins to read it to herself.

Nicole: Lois! I want to know what it says.

Lois: (Reading it out loud.) Morgan, I know you found out. I'm ready

to bargain. I have Emily.

Nicole: Someone's kidnapped Emily.

Ned: To get back at Jason. (Picks up the phone and dials.) Hello, I'd

like to speak to Commissioner Garcia. (Waits.) Come on, hurry up.

Garcia: Hello.

Ned: Garcia, this is Ned Ashton. My cousin has been kidnapped.

Garcia: How do you know that?

Ned: I found a note.

Garcia: Ok. Which cousin was it?

Ned: Emily.

Garcia: Ok, I'll get right on it.

Ned: Thank you.

Scene 2-Robin and Jason are at the penthouse.

Robin: Jason, can you please just tell me what you were doing with

Taggert?

Jason: Ok, you wanna know?

Robin: Yes!

Jason: I had to get some information from him.

Robin: What information?

Jason: About the night of the shooting, when I was almost killed. He

told me who the shooter was.

Robin: Oh. Jason, do you realize how dangerous Taggert can be.

Jason: Believe me, he won't be bothering us anymore.

Scene 3-Mac, Taggert, and Felicia are at The Outback. Taggert has his

gun pointed at the two.

Mac: Hey Taggert, this is just between you and me. Let Felicia go.: No!

Felicia: Mac, why don't you just give him what he wants.

Mac: (Starts to whisper to Felicia.) I can't. The police have it.

Felicia: (Whispering back.) What was it?

Taggert: (Getting antsy.) Come on! Stop the whispering! Scorpio, give

me what I came for!

The door opens, they all turn, it is Commissioner Garcia.

Scene 4-Lucky and Julianne are in the catacombs.

Julianne: Lucky, why do you think she would be here?

Lucky: Julianne, this is difficult to explain. But, I'm going to try to

explain this to you, anyhow. I don't think Emily just ran off or is just

missing. I think someone has kidnapped her, and I think it is Helena

Cassadine.

Julianne: Why do you think that?

Lucky: Remember the little escaped my family and Emily had?

Julianne: Yeah, she told me about it.

Lucky: Well, Helena tried to take off with my sister. She might very

well take off with Emily to get back at everyone.

Julianne: What the hell does that have to do with us being in the

catacombs?

Lucky: There's a secret passage to Wyndemere.

Scene 5-Karen is walking through the hall and sees Julie standing by the

exit doors. She looks frightened.

Karen: Julie, is something wrong?

Julie: Emily Quarte..., my sister's missing.

Karen: Oh my god, do they know what happened?

Julie: No, Alan, he just said they can't find her anywhere.

Karen: That's horrible.

Julie: (Near tears.) I haven't even met her, yet.

She breaks down and cries. Karen hugs her. Frank comes in and runs into

Joe, who's watching Julie and Karen. Jake turns a corner and sees Karen

and Julie hugging.

Scene 6-Jeremy and Lesley enter the hospital, Tom bumps into them.

Tom: Jeremy, can I talk to you for a second?

Jeremy: Sure.

Lesley: I'll see you later.

Lesley walks off.

Jeremy: What can I do for you, Tom?

Tom: I was just checking on some of the experiments that Joe and Karen

have been doing.

Jeremy: And?

Tom: There is a possible breakthrough.

Jeremy: Really?

Taggert: Yes, according to the charts that the med students have made

the lab rats are showing no trace of HIV in the blood. But, of course,

it's still in the experimental stage.

Jeremy: But, it's promising.

Scene 7-Kevin and Lucy are upstairs in their bed. The Elvis Presley

Luke: Well, I guess us Spencer men always fit into that role.

Laura smacks him on the arm.

Luke: Sweetie, I'm sure this thing with Emily isn't a big deal. She

probably just took off for a little while.

Laura: Luke, I don't think so, I think it's bigger than that.

Nick comes busting in.

Nick: Is Lucky around?

Luke: No, why?

Nick: Is Emily really missing?

Scene 9-Matt is on a pay telephone at the hospital. The other end

continues to ring.

Matt: Come on Justin. Where are you?

Scene 10-Katherine and Rex meet at Mario's.

Katherine: So, what's new?

Rex: The two buffoons think they have recouped their loses.

Katherine: They haven't?

Rex: Well, through a paper trail, it appears as though they have, but

it's not. And, I'm taking full advantage of the money that they don't

seem to know is there. Now, the next concern is Jake and Julie.
