Part 50

Scene 1-At the Quartermaine mansion everyone is eating breakfast.

Edward: Did Emily get off alright?

Monica: Yes, we took her last night. I just... I just (Cries.) I can't

believe we didn't know what was going on.

A.J.: Addicts are good at hiding things until they just fall apart.

Alan: He's right you can't blame yourself for Emily's problems.

Justus comes in.

Lois: The people who deserve the blame are the dealers.

Justus: That's why I have a proposition for Ned.

Ned: What is it?

Scene 2-Jason, Luke, and Sonny are at Luke's.

Luke: After last night, I don't think that doc was working alone.

Jason: Me, either.

Sonny: Then, who's he working with?

Jason: I could call Jeff and see what Dorman's connection could possibly

be.

Sonny: That would be a good place to start.

Jason goes to the back room. Mike comes out.

Mike: Get you something to drink?

Luke: No, we're fine Mike.

Mike: Sonny, you really think this doctor was the one that stuck you?

Sonny: I know it. But, there's a last and third link out there

somewhere.

Scene 3-Robin and Brenda are at Sonny's.

Brenda: Robin, what is that you are afraid of?

Robin: I'm afraid Jason was in on Dorman's death.

Brenda: Well, there's one way to find out.

Scene 4-Lucky and Laura are at home.

Laura: That was some night.

Lucky: Yeah.

Laura: Are you ok?

Lucky: I'm worried about Emily. I know the Qs took her to rehab, but now

she's all alone.

Laura: That's probably the best way for her to deal with her problem.

Exactly what happened on the roof?

Lucky: Nikolas and I saved her. We reached out and grabbed her. She said

she wanted to die. I told her how I felt. I should've told her a long

time ago.

Laura: What was that?

Lucky: I told her I love her.

Scene 5-At Wyndemere; Stefan, Alexis, Bobbie, and Lucas are in the

living room.

Bobbie: Is Nikolas still upset?

Alexis: He hasn't come home.

Stefan: He called and said he was staying the night at the hospital.

Bobbie: After last night, that's understandable. (There's a bang. Bobbie

runs out to find Tony lying on the ground.) Tony!

Stefan: Alexis! Call 911.

Scene 6-At the Quartermaines, the family is gathered in the den.

Ned: I think a drug rehabilitation center at GH would be a good thing.

You really should talk with Monica and Stefan.

Monica: I think it is an idea with merit.

Justus: The reason I came to you Ned was in the hopes that ELQ would

back it. Not only would this be good for the community, but ELQ would

benefit from good PR.

Lois: Ned, I think it would be great.

Justus: And I thought we could also honor the memory of those who have

lost their lives to drug addiction.

A.J.: I think it's terrific.

Ned: Ok, I'll discuss it with grandfather. But it's got my approval.

The phone rings. Sally comes in.

Sally: Dr. Monica, Police Commissioner Scorpio is on the phone for you.

Monica picks it up.

Monica: Mac.

Mac: Monica, I would like you to come down to the station for

questioning in the Dorman case.

Monica: I'll be there in thirty minutes.

Monica hangs up.

Alan: He's questioning you?

Monica: Yes.

Alan: I'll go with you.

Scene 7-Sonny and Luke are at Luke's, Jason come out of the back room.

Sonny: Is Jeff doing some fishing into Dorman's background?

Jason: Yeah.

Luke: Does this Jeff have some kind of medical connection to get

hospital records?

Jason: Yeah, I think he used to be a doctor.

Luke: I wonder if he could get into the GH records and do some fishing

around about Cassadine.

Jason: We could check.

Luke and Jason go to the back room. Brenda and Robin come in.

Sonny: Hello!

Brenda: Robin has something to ask you.

Sonny: What?

Robin: Did Jason have something to do with Dorman's murder?

Part 51

Scene 1-Lucky and Laura are at home.

Lucky: Mom, I love her!

Laura: (Overwhelmed.) That's terrific.

Lucky: She didn't tell me how she felt.

The phone rings, Laura answers it.

Laura: Hi Amy... Tony was shot! When? Where?... I'll be right there.

(She hangs up.) Tony was shot when he went to pick up Lucas from

Wyndemere.

Scene 2-Emily's at the rehabilitation center writing in her diary.

>Admitting to something's tough, but I did it and it feels good. I can't

believe Lucky told me he loves me. A moment so special and it's blurry.

I want to get better, so that I can look into Lucky's beautiful eyes and

tell him that I love him, too.<

Scene 3-Kevin and Lucy are at the lighthouse.

Kevin: The reason Scott and you came back here was to get a doll?

Lucy: Yes, Serena wanted her doll.

Kevin: And that was it?

Lucy: Yes, now, I have to go to the office.

Kevin: I have to get to the office, too. No matter what premonitions you

have.

Scene 4-Stefan and Alexis are in the hall at GH.

Stefan: It didn't work.

Alexis: I can't believe you did this.

Stefan: I know, but the doctor hasn't perfected the virus yet.

Alexis: Are you still insistent for your atonement of Port Charles and

the Spencers.

Stefan: Yes!

Bobbie comes walking by them.

Alexis: How is he?

Bobbie: Stable.

Stefan: Good. I'm going to call Mac Scorpio about this shooting.

Bobbie: What about the guards?

Stefan: None of them saw anything.

Bobbie: Where's Lucas?

Alexis: I took him to the brownstone. Simone said she stay with him

until Betty got there.

Bobbie: Good, now we can get to the bottom of this.

Scene 5-Jax's knocking on a door. A tall, blond woman answers.

Woman: Can I help you?

Jax: I think we can help each other.

Scene 6-Carly's on a plane, crying hysterically.

Pilot: It's sunny and sixty-five in Port Charles.

Carly wipes her tears away and looks out the window.

Scene 7-Scott and Serena are on a doorstep. Scott rings the bell. The

door opens.

Scene 8-Alan and Monica go to the police station. They are met by

Taggert and Mac.

Mac: Seems as though we don't need to question either of you.

Taggert: I found the gun that's bullet matches the one pulled out of

Dorman.

Monica: So?

Mac: I'm sorry, it has Jason's fingerprints all over it.

Monica: Jason killed Dorman?

Taggert: It appears so.

Monica breaks down, Alan holds her.

Mac: I'm sorry.

Alan: Have you found him, yet?

Taggert: No, but we have an APB out on him.

Scene 9-Nikolas and Gina are headed to Tom's office when they run into

Katherine.

Nikolas: Katherine, what are you doing here?

Katherine: I had an appointment with your uncle, but it seems there was

an incident out on Spoon Island.

Gina: What happened?

Katherine: Another shooting.

Nikolas: Who?

Katherine: Tony.

Nikolas: Excuse me.

Nikolas runs off.

Gina: Well, if it's not one thing, it's another.

Katherine: The Cassadine life isn't as glamorous as most would think.

Gina: There's never a dull moment.

Katherine: You're right about that.

Scene 10-Rick and Lesley are at the penthouse.

Rick: I'm going to the hospital to see if Monica can talk about that

job. Wanna go along?

Lesley: Sure, it'd give me a chance to catch up with everyone. I've

missed this town and you!

They hug.

Rick: And I've missed you.

Lesley: Let's go.

Part 52

Scene 1-Scott is walking through the hall at GH and goes by the nurses

station.

Scott: Hi Amy, Audrey. (Continues to walk on and runs into Gail.) Gail.

Gail: You're back in town?

Scott: Yes.

Gail: What are you doing here?

Scott: I have a business meeting with Mr. Cassadine and Ms. Bell. I

wanted to ask you about having dinner with you and Lee tonight.

Gail: That'd be great. We're free. When and where?

Scott: Port Charles Grill at seven, then, you can meet my daughter.

Scene 2-Felicia walks into Mac's office.

Felicia: I had a message that said you solved the case.

Mac: Yeah, Taggert found the gun.

Felicia: What's the matter?

Mac: Jason's finger prints were all over it.

Felicia: Oh.

Mac: Robin isn't going to take this well. We have an APB out for him.

Felicia: What about the other murders?

Mac: Miranda's and Harry Silver's go unsolved. Dorman killed Keesha. The

two other things I want to know are who's responsible for the influx of

drugs in this town and what Miranda's connection is to the Cassadines.

Scene 3-Alan and Monica get off the elevator at GH and stop at the

nurses station.

Alan: Amy, any messages?

Amy: No, but Rick is waiting to see Monica.

Monica: Where?

Amy: (Points to the couch where Rick and Lesley are seated.) There.

Alan: Thanks.

Alan and Monica walk over to them.

Monica: Rick, what can I do for you?

Rick: I was wondering if there was a job opening for a cardiologist.

Monica: Come down to my office and we'll see what we can do.

Alan: That'll give me and Lesley sometime to catch up.

Rick: Ok, well, lead the way, Dr. Quartermaine.

Rick and Monica leave.

Lesley: Should we really leave those two alone?

Alan: Don't worry, their affair is ancient history.

Lesley: Ancient history? Not to someone who can't account for the last

thirteen years.

Scene 4-Bobbie and Alexis are sitting in the waiting room at GH. Nikolas

comes in.

Nikolas: Bobbie, how's Tony?

Bobbie: He's stable.

Nikolas: How'd this happen?

Alexis: We're not sure, yet.

Bobbie: How are you Nikolas?

Nikolas: Still in total disbelief.

Laura comes in.

Laura: Bobbie, how is Tony?

Bobbie: Fine.

Nikolas: What are you doing here?

Laura: I need to talk to Bobbie.

Lucky comes in.

Lucky: (To Nikolas.) And I need to talk to you.

Scene 5-Scott goes to the GH library where he sees Tom.

Scott: Hi Tom.

Tom: Scott, what're you doing here?

Scott: I have a meeting with Stefan.

Tom: About what?

Scott: Deception, I'm going to buy it back.

Tom: Be careful, Cassadine is planning something.

Tom leaves.

Scott: A little paranoid, aren't you?

Katherine and Stefan walk in.

Stefan: Mr. Baldwin, finally, we meet.

Scott: Strange, you look very familiar.

Stefan puts out his hand to Scott.

Scene 6-Felicia and Mac are in his Mac's office.

Felicia: You think there is a possible connection?

Mac: There has to be. What do you say we discuss the possibilities

tonight over dinner?

Felicia: Sure, when and where?

Mac: The Grill, seven.

Felicia: Ok.

Mac: Great, then it's a date.

Felicia: A date?

Scene 7-Monica and Rick are in Monica's office.

Rick: Got an opening?

Monica: Sure do, how would you like to be the head of cardiology?

Rick: Sounds great. Now, tell me what's happened since Florida.

Scene 8-Jax and the blond woman are on a plane.

Jax: Dr. Angela Winters, how long have you been in Kansas City?

Angela: Few years.

Jax: How'd you end up there?

Angela: It's a long story.

Jax: Ok.

Angela: It's going to be good to get back to Port Charles.

Jax: Back? You've been there before?

Scene 9-Carly goes into Luke's.

Mike: Hello. What can I get for you?

Carly: A beer.

Mike: Coming up.

Mike gets her beer, Jason comes in.

Jason: Where have you been?

Taggert comes in.

Taggert: Mr. Morgan, you're busted.

Jason: What?

Taggert walks over to Jason.

Taggert: You're under arrest.

Scene 10-Kevin's on the phone at his office at Wyndemere.

Kevin: There's a problem there? Ok, I'll be making a trip there.

Kevin hangs up. Mrs. Landsberry brings Lucy in.

Landsberry: Here we are Ms. Coe.

Lucy: Thanks.

Mrs. Landsberry leaves.

Kevin: Lucy.

Lucy: Doc, I have to apologize for my attitude yesterday.

Kevin: I understand, you were worried.

Lucy: Yeah, but I want to make it up to you.

Kevin: And how are you going to do that?

Lucy: Dinner at the Grill and a night of just the two of us.

Kevin: Hmmm... Sounds good.

Lucy: I thought so.

Part 53

Scene 1-A.J. walks into the Port Charles Grill and runs into Justus.

A.J.: Hey.

Justus: What are you up to?

A.J.: Lunch.

Justus: Did you hear about Jason?

A.J.: What about him?

Justus: He's been arrested for Dorman's murder.

Scene 2-Jax and Angela go to Kelly's. Jax sees Ned and Lois and goes to

their table.

Jax: Hello.

Lois: Hi ya. Where've you been?

Jax: I just came back from Kansas City, where I met my friend over

there.

Ned looks over.

Ned: Angela Winters?

Jax: Yes, Dr. Angela Winters.

Lois: How do you...

Ned runs over to her.

Ned: Angela.

Angela: Eddie!

Scene 3-At Luke's, Carly's sitting at the bar drinking. Mike's pouring a

beer. Sonny, Robin, and Brenda come in.

Sonny: What's up Mike?

Mike: Sorry to tell you. Taggert came by and Jason's been arrested for

Dorman's murder.

Robin: I've got to get to the station.

Sonny: I'll take you. We'll have my driver take us and I'll call

Valentine on our way.

Brenda: I'm coming, too.

Sonny: No, stay here.

Brenda: Why?

Sonny: Because I said so.

Sonny and Robin leave. Luke walks in.

Luke: Mike, Brenda, and Ms. Roberts. Well, Caro-Carly, it's nice to see

you.

Scene 4-A.J. rushes to the PCPD.

A.J.: Mac, you can't arrest Jason!

Mac: Why?

A.J.: He didn't do it!

Mac: His finger prints are on the murder weapon.

A.J.: He didn't do it!

Mac: How do you know that?

A.J.: Because... Because I did it!

Scene 5-At the Port Charles Grill; Rick, Lesley, Alan, and Monica are

having dinner.

Alan: I'm surprised that you and Monica haven't run into each other at

one of those cardiologist conventions in Florida.

Lois, Jax, Ned, and Angela are at another table.

Ned: Angela went to the female equivalent of St. Bartholomew’s, not too

far away.

Angela: St. Mary's. Ned, I heard about Damian's death, I'm sorry.

Ned: He probably got what he deserved. I was sorry to hear about your

father's death.

Angela: Thank you.

Ned: How'd you meet Jax?

Jax: Dr. Winters was one of Miranda's doctors after the explosion. I

sought after her hoping she could help me discover a few things about

Miranda.

Scene 6-At the Port Charles Grill, an hour later; Scott, Lee, Gail,

Serena are there, Lucy and Kevin walk in.

Lucy: Hi all!

Gail: Lucy.

Scott: Hey Luce.

Lucy: How'd your meeting with Stefan go?

Scott: Soon we will be able to merge Jacks Cosmetics and Deception.

L: Looks like Kevin's got a table. TA! (Goes to the table, noticing the

Webbers at the Quartermaine table.) Who's that with Alan and Monica?

Kevin: The Webbers.

Lucy: Did you see that woman with Jax, she could be the next face of

Deception or Jacks or Jacks-Deception.

Kevin: Lucy!

Lucy: Sorry, doc.

Kevin: Lucy, I'm going to Greece on business tomorrow.

Lucy: Oh.

Kevin: But tonight is all ours'.

Felicia walks in and sees Kevin and Lucy.

Felicia: Lucy, Kevin.

Lucy: What are you doing here?

Felicia: Mac and I have a... Date.

Lucy: That's great.

Justus comes in and sees Felicia.

Justus: Felicia, Mac can't make it. He has some police business. Excuse

me. (He walks to Alan and Monica.) Alan, Monica, I just came from the

police station. A.J.'s in jail.

Alan: What?

Justus: He confessed to Dorman's murder.

Alan and Monica leave. Justus goes to Ned.

Justus: Ned, it's spin doctoring time.

Lois: Huh?

Justus: A.J.'s in jail.

Scene 7-The next morning, Emily gets a telephone call.

Emily: Hello... A.J. and Jason are in jail?!?

Scene 8-Lucky and Nikolas meet outside of Kelly's.

Lucky: We can put our differences aside?

Nikolas: (Shake hands.) Yes, for (Gina comes out.) Emily.

Scene 9-Sonny, Brenda, Luke, and Laura are at Luke's.

Luke: Jason is in there for awhile?

Sonny: Yep.

Laura: I feel sorry for Alan and Monica. First, Emily, then Jason is in

jail, now AJ.

Brenda: I know, and I still don't understand that.

Sonny: I've got to go.

Brenda: Why?

Sonny: I have to find out who the other drug supplier is.

Brenda: Alone.

Sonny: Yes.

Sonny leaves.

Luke: Babe, how's Tony?

Laura: He's going home tomorrow.

Luke: Wow! Just like that?

Laura: Yes.

Luke: What about Bobbie? Did she listen to you?

Laura: No, but I think she's starting to doubt him.

Brenda: Who?

Luke: Her husband.

Brenda: Ya know I still haven't met him, yet.

Part 54

Scene 1-Tony and Bobbie are walking around GH.

Bobbie: I'm glad you're ok.

Tony: Thanks. How's Lucas?

Bobbie: Pretty good. He's enjoying his time with Felicia and the girls

and Tommy.

Tony: I'm glad.

Bobbie: Tony, did you see who shot you?

Alexis walks up to them.

Alexis: Good to see you up and around.

Tony: Thanks.

Scene 2-Nikolas and Lucky pay Emily a visit at the rehabilitation

center.

Emily: Nikolas, Lucky!

Nikolas: We decided to put our differences aside.

Lucky: For you... And our grandmother.

Emily: I'm glad. I hope the two of you can get along.

Lucky: We're trying.

Nikolas: Emily, how are you?

Emily: Ok. Every now and then I would kill for a joint.

Lucky: Emily.

Emily: But, I am working my way through it. It's hard when you find out

that both of your brothers are in jail.

Nikolas: What?

Scene 3-Jason and A.J. are in cells next to each other.

Jason: Why did you confess? You didn't do it.

A.J.: (Whispers.) You didn't do it. I can't let you go to prison.

Jason: Tell Mac you didn't do it. Alan and Monica already have enough to

deal with.

A.J.: They're Quartermaines, they can handle it.

Jason: What about Emily? Huh?

Scene 4-Brenda, Luke, and Laura are at Luke's.

Luke: You ain't missed much.

Brenda: I saw his nephew here once.

Luke: When?

Brenda: I'm not sure. He was in the back room with Katherine. Sonny was

there.

Luke: That little Cassadine bastard ain't setting foot in my club,

again.

Laura: Luke, I have something that I have to tell you.

Luke: What?

Laura: Let's go to the office.

Luke: Ok.

Laura and Luke go to the office. Mike comes out from the kitchen.

Mike: Hi Brenda.

Brenda: Mike.

Carly comes in.

Mike: What can I get you Ms. Roberts?

Carly: Burger and a beer.

Mike: Coming up.

Mike leaves. Carly looks over at Brenda.

Carly: You're the face of Jacks Cosmetics, aren't you?

Brenda: Yes, Carly, isn't it?

Carly: Yes, nice to meet you.

Scene 5-Bobbie and Tony are in the hall.

Tony: You have gone beyond and above the call of duty.

Bobbie: No, I was treating my best friend. I couldn't have done less.

Tony: Thanks.

Tony puts his hands on Bobbie's. Amy sees. Rick comes to the nurses

station.

Rick: Amy, why don't you check on Mr. Thompson?

Amy: Sure.

Rick walks over to Bobbie and Tony.

Rick: Hi.

Bobbie: Rick! Tony, this is Dr. Rick Webber.

Rick: I'm the new head of cardiology and you're... Dr. Tony Jones, head

of neurology, right?

Tony: Yes.

Stefan and Alexis come along.

Stefan: Good to see you up and around. Oh, and Dr. Webber, it's good to

have you on staff.

Rick: Yes, well, I must be going.

Rick leaves.

Stefan: Alexis and I must also be going. We have an appointment with Dr.

Hardy.

Stefan and Alexis leave. Bobbie and Tony look into each others' eyes.

Scene 6-Nikolas, Lucky, and Emily are at the rehabilitation center.

Emily: Jason and A.J. are both in jail for Dorman's murder.

Nikolas: You want me to call my cousin Alexis?

Emily: No, they both have lawyers. Could you leave Lucky and I alone for

a moment?

Nikolas: Sure.

Nikolas leaves.

Emily: I think we should tell the police what happened.

Scene 7-Tom, Alexis and Stefan are at Tom's office.

Stefan: Are you prepared to accept the position as assistant chief of

staff?

Tom: Yes.

Stefan: Good, Alexis has the necessary paper work.

Alexis hands the paper work to Tom. They share a smile.

Tom: Thanks.

Stefan: Thank you Dr. Hardy. You'll excuse me.

Tom: Of course.

Stefan leaves.

Alexis: So, how's your son Tommy?

Tom: Good, he's becoming quite a computer whiz. Ms. Davis...

Alexis: Please, Alexis.

Tom: Alexis, why are you asking?

Alexis: Unlike Stefan, I take an interest in the people I surround

myself with.

Scene 8-Sly visits Emily at the rehabilitation center, while Lucky and

Em are talking about their secret.

Emily: Sly!

Sly: Hey Em.

Lucky: What are you doing here?

Sly: I came to see Emily. Seems as though you have a lot of visitors

today.

Emily: Yeah. You, Nikolas, and Lucky.

Sly: Not to mention your grandparents.

Emily: What?

Sly: Edward and Lila are on their way in.

Lucky: We better table our discussion for now.

Emily: Yes.

Sly: What were you talking about?

Lucky: Can I tell him?

Emily: As long as its between the three of us. But, you have to go.

Sly: I'll come back later.

Emily: Ok.

Lucky: Bye.

They leave.

Sly: How are things between the two of you?

Lucky: I'm not sure about how she feels. But I told her I loved her, and

man, I do!

Scene 9-Alan and Monica visit their sons in jail.

Mac: You have fifteen minutes.

They go to a visiting area where A.J. and Jason are.

Jason: What do you want?

Monica hugs A.J.

Alan: We came to try and convince A.J. to take back his confession. And,

we came to see how you were.

Monica: Yes, Jason. We don't believe you killed Dorman.

Jason: Why?

Scene 10-Ned's on the telephone. Lois is on the couch with Brooke.

Ned: Delores, that's perfect. Hopefully, this fiasco won't turn out too

bad. It's always good to know you're there to take care of the press.

Ned hangs up.

Lois: ELQ?

Ned: Yes.

Lois: Done?

Ned: For now.

Lois: How about we go visit Emily?

Ned: Sure, grandmother and grandfather went to see her. We can leave

Brooke with Reginald.

Lois: Good, on the way there you can tell me all about your friend

Angela.

Part 55

Scene 1-Tony's at his hospital being released.

Bobbie: Ready?

Tony: Yeah. Thanks for being here.

Bobbie: No problem.

Tony: Stefan wont have a problem with this?

Bobbie: Don't worry about him.

Alan comes in.

Alan: Ready to get out?

Tony: Yeah. Hey, what are you doing here?

Alan: I work here.

Tony: But, with everything that's going on...

Alan: Monica and I visited A.J. and Jason earlier. And, we're going to

visit Emily later today. There's nothing else I can, so I came to work.

Rick walks in.

Rick: You're free to go.

Tony: Good.

Tony stands up and walks out. Bobbie follows Tony.

Bobbie: Woh! Wait a second, hospital policy, you have to get in (She

wheels a wheel chair to him.) this.

Scene 2-Brenda and Sonny are at the Webbers' talking to Lesley.

Brenda: Those ads have been all over the world. Are you sure that's what

you're thinking of?

Brenda hands Lesley an advertisement.

Lesley: No, this isn't it. I saw these when I got here. I'd seen you

somewhere before. You were probably fourteen or fifteen.

Brenda: I would have been in boarding school.

Sonny: In Switzerland.

Scene 3-Lucky and Sly are outside of the rehab.

Sly: You really love her?

Lucky: I think so. I just have this incredible feeling when I'm around

her.

Sly: Wow. What's happened between the two of you, since the big rescue?

Lucky: Not much. My mom said it was probably best not to push Emily and

I think she's right.

Sly: How about we go to Kelly's. Maybe Gina will be there. She's hot!

Lucky: Sure, but that's my brother's girlfriend you are talking about.

Sly: Your identifying Nikolas as your brother?

Scene 4-Lucy goes to Mac at his office.

Lucy: Mac.

Mac: Hello Lucy.

Lucy: Mac, do you know where Kevin really went?

Mac: No. Hey, how's Serena?

Lucy: Great, I'm glad Scott came back with her. So, you really don't

know where Kevin is?

Mac: Lucy, I don't.

Felicia comes in.

Felicia: Hi.

Mac: What are you doing here?

Felicia: I discovered something Taggert missed at Dorman's.

Scene 5-Ned and Lois visit Emily at the rehabilitation center.

Lois: How ya doing?

Emily: Good, I just want to get out of here.

Ned: You've only been in here for a few days.

Lois: How was your visit with the grandparents?

Emily: Good.

Lois: Emily, is something bothering you?

Emily: Yeah.

Lois: What is it?

Scene 6-Tony returns home to the Brownstone with Bobbie. Lucas runs up

to Tony.

Lucas: Daddy!
